We have created a wonderful, elegant Cycladic residence that honors the island’s traditional culture while offering all the modern comforts you need. Enjoy a wonderful traditional house that comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The space features 3 bedrooms (including 2 large double beds, 1 bunk bed, and a cozy sofa bed, while a baby cot is available upon request). Additionally, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a dining area ensure a comfortable stay, while free on-site parking provides ease and safety for your vehicle. Large 120 sq m verandas await you to enjoy the sun, the view and the magic of the landscape. Even more enjoyment is promised by the private outdoor Jacuzzi, ideal for moments of relaxation during your stay. You will have full and exclusive access to the entire property, making it ideal for families, friends, and couples to enjoy their holidays to the fullest!
Where the Aegean blue meets the tranquility of nature, "The old barn" invites you to an authentic island experience. At a driving distance of just 6 minutes from the picturesque and cosmopolitan Naoussa, 8 minutes from the famous Kolymbithres beach, 5 minutes from Piperi beach, 12 minutes from the port of Paroikia and 25 minutes from Paros airport, "The old barn" is a sanctuary of peace just a few minutes away from the spots you wish to visit! We would like to inform you that the Jacuzzi with hydromassage function is located outdoors and has a water maintenance and cleaning system. Its use is offered free of charge at ambient temperature during your stay. However, if you wish, you can enjoy it heated with an extra charge per day of operation. If you would like the Jacuzzi to be heated and ready for use upon your arrival, please let us know at least one day in advance. We are always at your disposal to resolve any questions and for any additional information you may need.
Please behave responsibly and follow the operating rules of the Jacuzzi : 1) Use is at the guests' own responsibility. 2) Children must be accompanied and supervised by their parents. 3) A cover is available if you wish to use it. 4) Maximum permitted number of 2 people during use. 5) For safety reasons and to avoid accidents and damage, intense activity (diving, jumping, pushing, etc.) as well as use after alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited. 6) It is available during the months the accommodation is operational.
