This traditional Cycladic house is located in Ag. Ioannis Tripitis, at the southeast part of the island. It is built in a 6.500 m2 full of olive and fig trees. It accommodates 6 to 8 persons, while is 450m away from the Beaches of Tripiti and Glyfa, less than 3km from the beach of Farangas , 10 minutes drive from the airport and 20 min. drive from the port of Parikia. Τhe property consists of a main house in two floors with 3 double bedrooms. Two portable beds are available. Each of them has access to great verandas overlooking at the above mentioned beaches, the islands of Naxos, Koufonissi, Iraklia and Ios, 2 bathrooms and a WC, a fully equipped open plan kitchen with separate veranda and a spacious living room, with LCD TV, fireplace and dinning room.
Below the main house at the ground floor, there are 2 beautiful guest apartments:
- A 2-double bedroom apartment/2 bathrooms, and
- A 1- double bedroom apartment/1 bathroom. Both with their own fully equipped open plan kitchen/living room/TV and spacious verandas overlooking the sea. Both guest houses are available to rent seperately.
