"My family just returned from 4 nights at this property. It had everything we needed to make it a great stay. The property was clean, well air conditioned and the views were amazing. Bring water shoes for trips down to the water. Transportation from the house to various spots on the island is very expensive so prepare for that. Our host was very responsive. Bermudians are some of the nicest people out there. Great stay!"

"I travel to Bermuda on business several times a year and have stayed at a host of different places from resorts/hotels to rentals and this one is hands down the best so far.Spacious and clean with all of the necessary amenities to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.The water pressure was the best I've experience on island and having a grocery store less than a 1/2 mile away was super convenient (although it is closed on Sundays).Austin was a great host and I plan on staying with him again!"

"The place was fantastic. We went for our honeymoon and stayed in July. The outdoor area and location of the property was perfect. Plenty of safe swimming (with water shoes) and places to check out. Quick walk to bus stop to take you anywhere on the island. Only downside was the interior of the house. The stove had some issues that we worked out and some of the receptacles didn’t work (not a huge deal) and one of the French doors wouldn’t shut all the way. "This is a lovely property that has all basic features and amenities for a casual comfortable stay. The location is out of this world-overlooking the ocean with just steps down to a secluded beach that feels almost like a private beach. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating.
