"Our host, Donna, greeted us and was so friendly! She wished me a very Happy Birthday. The home is beautiful and perfect for my friends. All of the beds were comfortable, and I loved the open concept from kitchen to great room. We had the most beautiful sunrise from the floor to ceiling windows from that great room. After our day at a local bar/restaurant, we throughly enjoyed the amazing massage chair in the lower level. "

"This is definitely not your conventional vacation place to stay - a working farm, log cabin portions, modern kitchen appliances hidden in plain sight behind old farmhouse cabinets, eclectic decor that you can spend hours browsing and looking at so many unique items. "We reserved this home for a family reunion vacation. We had family visit from all over the country. When we arrived, we couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. Not only was the property huge, it was absolutely gorgeous. The home was beautifully decorated and was so cozy. The pool was perfect, and we loved kayaking and fishing on the pond. "Charming house with historic character and modern amenities in a quiet neighborhood close to the riverfront. Excellent host who responds to inquiries provides a guest house that is so clean and well stocked. Plenty of space for a group to gather both inside and outside, lovely front porch and back yard with corn hole and comfy seating w string lights. We were glad to find such a nice place with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for an extended family get together. "

"A group of 8 of us stayed at Pointer House for a week to attend a dog show. It was a comfortable, clean house in a beautiful, quiet location not too far away from the show facility. Hosts were very responsive. The large kitchen/eating area/family room was a wonderful place for the group to gather and relax. Would definitely recommend."
