"We were greet promptly and with a smile by a gentleman when checking in. Room was clean. We have only a few small issues, we were excited to eat at their little dining and bar spot and found it to be an inconvenience because they only had 1 employee running the kitchen and bar all while receiving room orders on top of people coming to be seated, the poor women was overwhelmed an had to shut down early because of to many orders and people in the bar. "Clean room. Staff friendly. Didn't see any pets. Did not use the hot tub. The inside of the elevator needs to be repaired. It makes a bad first impression. When did the hotel decide to charge for parking? I went there years ago and there was no charge. When booked the room, the charge was $5. When I checked in, I was told it was increased to $7."

"So i will say this hotel has a strange layout. The hotel lobby is squished in with the tuscan kitchen restaurant , people coming in restaurant sit around the lobby, so no room for hotel guest to sit by the fire place , Just stayed for one night , and its not great time of year, so cant speak for the amenities, but would of been nice to sit in the lobby by the fire place. Room was ok , bathroom is upscale nice , sheets were horrible, cheap scratchy, that just ruined it for me. "

Police arrived due to someone calling 911-staff was indifferent and bothered by this. No washcloths. This location is NOT the Methuen Conference Center anymore. They have blue tape covering all emblems and logos that I say that. Staff said that it is a Days Inn. I would not have booked there had I known. "
