When I first booked this property it was listed as having a dock. When I checked the information it said the dock was not available. I contacted the management company to clarify the dock situation, they changed the VRBO listing, but we payed the price listed for a dock. Small moths were mentioned...during certain times of the year...there were so many moths we had trouble using the BBQ for dinner. Although, I was able to BBQ in the morning without too many moths. The listing mentioned a "beach" front area. There was only cement and rocks, which were very slippery. We were unable to use the water area on the river. I reached out to the management copy on Friday, to ask a question, I never received a response. The house is very cute, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioner worked great! Thank you.

Overall accurate description, but we left our vacation a little disappointed

We had a great time. Overall, house is in a good location, close to launch ramp on the river or Havasu, and ice, gas and deli nearby. Online description says that the house sleeps 10, however the couch really doesn't sleep 2 comfortably and there is not a great location for an air mattress. The description also talks about moths during certain times of the year, but this was a huge problem. When we arrived, there were dead moths all over the outside and inside of the house. We could not walk outside anytime of our entire week stay without being covered with moths which was very disappointing as the whole reason for booking this home was to be able to sit out on the patio and enjoy the view. The moths made it very difficult to even be able to bbq our dinners on the grill. The moths were even bad if you tried to take a dip in the water. The other bummer was not having use of the dock which was deemed unsafe after we had completed our booking. We were given the option to cancel our reservation but were told no when we just requested a discount for loss of use of the dock. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed and the ac worked very well.

Fun weekend

Great house 3 bedrooms ( 2 upstairs). Common area is living room with couch ( pretty comfortable) and there is an Air mattress. Outside furniture is nice, but cushions are not comfortable. Great location.

Fun little getaway

We had a nice stay with our family and the location right on the water with a private deck really made the trip! The views both inside and outside the home are very scenic and lovely. Some of our favorite spaces included the dining area and family room for eating, playing board games, and lounging. The kitchen was fully equipped and had nice counter space with a roomy refrigerator. The home itself could use some tlc in some areas like screens, deck awning, and cushions for the deck patio furniture. The king and queen bed were comfortable and it might be helpful to note that the other bed they provide is a blow up mattress. We were thankful to the management company that was responsive and friendly. Overall, we had a great visit and made lots of wonderful memories.

Spring get away

Our stay was good. The property was a bit run down, especially the outdoor spaces. Needs a bit of TLC. Inside blinds needed, which we were told are on their way. Patio furniture was worn, cushions had holes, awning was torn. Inside was recently renovated and was good. The beds were comfy. Being close to the highway, was a bit noisy, also speed boats on river were noisy on the weekend. We had most all we needed , could use more coffee cups. Property management were quick to respond to our requests. Thanks Jeff and Trisha!
