"Communication was excellent, booking was a very easy process. Only had issues with the heater in the casita which was a bummer because it was pretty cold but the unit had plenty of blankets. Was a lot of sand on the couch when we got there, tried to vacuum it up but the vacuum doesn’t seem to work. Other than that great stay and was very comfortable & can’t beat the view & location. "

"This beautiful, updated home was wonderful for our 5 weeks in Lake Havasu City! It was spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We experienced excellent communication from both the owner and property manager. The couple of minor issues we encountered were swiftly addressed. We especially enjoyed the outside space for eating and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again."

"Definitely our new home away from home when in Lake Havasu. The house is comfortable, clean and in a great location close to everything. The absolute star feature of this property though is the Owner. His communication is top notch. I reached out to him with a silly question before arriving and once with an FYI about a couple things that needed some love; he responded immediately and is a joy to speak with. We can't wait to go back next year!"

"Lovely house! We stayed over spring break mostly due to the heated pool, and it was a perfect temperature the whole time. The back courtyard was so nice, with a screened pergola for shade and to keep out any bugs. Everything was clean and comfortable. We used the blackstone several times to cook, as well as the kitchen. We always had everything we needed. We had a great stay, highly recommend."

"All perfect and only problem was the prepayed booking done by hotels.com so the Island Suites charge the room fee but it was not the failure diring the check in and she, the front desk only follows the procedures. Today before check all was solved and the manager already done the credit on my credit card charge! My great tks to all Island team@"
