"I was very disappointed with my first time visit. The pool and restaurant were not available. The room carpet was stained in several areas. The breakfast was very limited and dirty. The water in the bathroom sink was scalding to brush my teeth. The air conditioning was not good and could not be adjusted. The trash in the breakfast room was overflowing and the trash outside the door at the east side stairwell was very overflowing. Very disappointed and I would not stay there again…"

"Very clean hotel and parking lot was well lighted, felt safe and had plenty of parking. I had to ask the front desk for a box of Kleenex. I requested a wake up call at 7:45 but never got it. I checked out this morning and I still haven’t received my invoice receipt to my email box nor my $50 deposit returned. This is not good! Will I have to file a complaint or dispute?"

"DONT! They have homeless people staying in the same place as paying customers. There is no staff after 7 pm, until 11 am the next morning. Thus, it is party time after they leave, and no one to call to help!! Then, checking out before the staff arrives in the morning is almost impossible. It is 6 pages of paperwork to rent the room, and if you need another roll of toilet paper, you have to pay for it! No kitchen items. The "residents" living there stated, "The cops come by at least 2 times a...

"The front desk clerk was awful. She had an attitude to begin with. She told me that I needed to put $480 hold I said all it said all I needed to pay was $9 at the hotel check in. Then she rambles super fast about Breakfast and dinner and what's around. She just pointed which way to go and was like go down the hall make a left then right then go half way down I'm looking at her like lady I don't live here I'm new to this facility and she just rambled off a list of instructions and information. "This hotel is really good. I would stay there again if possible. The only thing is that it's "far" from Denver. If you don't have a car, I'd advise you to stay somewhere else."

"Hotel is very clean and front desk is very nice. 24h cafe and breakfast. There is also a gym and even a swimming pool. Overall well above my expectations."

"The Motel 6 was in transition (was previously a Quality Inn). The registration system was not completely integrated, so we were given keys to a room with occupants already there--which was a shock to both the occupants and us. The receptionist was quick to remedy this, but it left a sour taste. There was no shampoo in the bathroom and no coffee grinds for the in room coffee machine. Management and housekeeping had no coffee pods available."
