"Our room was very clean and ready for us. The bed was comfortable and the sitting area was inviting.
The ice-water in the lobby was a very welcome offering, and we filled our bottles daily!
While we appreciate the "housekeeping on demand" approach taken, this was confounded by the fact that there are no towel racks in the bathroom. This makes it hard to go without service for more than a day."
"This hotel offers a comfortable bed, clean rooms, and easy (free) parking. The building from the 1920’s and offers that type of accommodation with modern amenities. My room was made up daily which doesn’t seem to be so common nowadays. The only drawback for me was that the elevator was broken. That’s a bummer when dealing with luggage but for the price, perfectly fine."
"On the water, marina was right behind the hotel, picturesque. They really do put a effort forward to keep up with modern day asthetics and efforts to merge nature and functionality. From the water drainage to the wetland catch basins, nature walking paths, beaches, etc. fun and adventurous place to stay. "
"I thought the renovation was amazing. It is quick and easy access to everything downtown and Canal Point. The neighborhood is also being renovated. We were on the first floor in front of the street window so there was some noise later in the evening. Overall, will absolutely come back. The room itself was lovely!!!"
"A unique place to stay in an ideal location. Extremely clean, new, and well maintained. Quiet. Beautiful views. EV chargers just outside. Within walking distance to great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and shopping. Lake Superior and wonderful rock beach in front of inn. Nice full deck with fire pit. Outdoor sauna feels fantastic when Duluth gets chilly at night. Very comfortable stay. We'll be back!"

Fitger’s has a classic, historic vibe and the beds were comfortable. The coffee was good too. But for the price, I expected more. Breakfast was only granola bars, which felt disappointing, and the place feels dated in ways that aren’t entirely charming. It’s fine if you want the landmark experience, but I’m not sure what justifies the cost."
"The only thing that would could’ve been better is our check in time for an early check-in, but I guess people called in sick or quit their job so we had to wait and check in after our plans later in the evening otherwise everything was great!"
