"Overall, our stay was okay. The hotel is new and well-maintained, which made a good first impression. The room had a nice amount of space, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept well. However, there was an issue with the hot water one morning. We waited for almost an hour, but unfortunately, the problem wasn't resolved in time, and we had to take cold showers. That was a disappointing start to the day. Aside from that, everything else met expectations."

"Excellent stay. Had all the conveniences of home and appreciated the early luggage drop off and the ability to store luggage later on my departure day. Be sure to check your email before you arrive. You’ll need a code that seems only to come by email and there was one couple struggling to log into their email to retrieve the code. I had my code and things couldn’t have been easier. Let me prephace this review by saying that there is nothing objectively wrong with this hotel, but I wouldn't say that it is good value for money. For the $350 we paid a night, there were multiple electrical outlets in the room that only had one screw, or were otherwise loose/coming out of the wall.
