" Can’t beat this hotel! Love staying here. We were greeted as loyal guests and received a hand written note and chocolates to thank us for return visits. We love the spa like pool floor. We were slightly disappointed on this visit because there were several kids screaming and splashing in the pool. It would be great to have a sign indicating that it is a quiet zone to preserve the spa-like atmosphere. "

"It was great that it was centrally located and within walking distance of so many restaurants and attractions. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is kept very clean. The water throughout the day and free coffee/tea in the mornings was a nice bonus. The only disappointing area would be the pool/hot tub area, the hot tub was small and the jets didn't work. As well, the hit tub definitely is not accessible. Overall, this is a very nice hotel and i would recommend it to my...
"Overall, our stay was okay. The hotel is new and well-maintained, which made a good first impression. The room had a nice amount of space, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept well. However, there was an issue with the hot water one morning. We waited for almost an hour, but unfortunately, the problem wasn't resolved in time, and we had to take cold showers. That was a disappointing start to the day. Aside from that, everything else met expectations."
"Hotel is in a good location but needs a renovation. The rooms are dated. Door latch kept sticking and would take multiple attempts to open. Roof top patio is covered in bird poop. A fire alarm went off one night and the night staff was not helpful. He didn’t keep his composure or communicate with guests."
