He bought the motel from Quality last year, and has been making great strides to update and improve the property. New paint, new carpet, and an entirely new bathroom. (New tile, vanity, mirror, paint, etc. The bed feels pretty new as well. He owns the motel across the street, which looks absolutely darling from across the parking lot, so I have confidence he’ll finish the makeover of this...

"This place, it's so cute, cozy and clean! It was so nice to have a lift take us down to the river, and not have to use all the stairs every time. Wonderful fire pit and we also cooked our steak over the open fire, they had a rack for that! There's tons of outdoor seating to choose from. The dock and the decks are so nice.
