Walk to Main Street and Town Lift - Common Hot Tub and Sauna!

PLEASE NOTE: This property is located next to the courtyard. The courtyard areas, including the outdoor pool and outdoor hot tub, will be closed for renovation from mid-April through the fall of 2025. Please note that construction may take place between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday-Saturday. Thank you for your understanding as we make these improvements.

Sensational Main Street location and sleeping up to 4, this unique condo is perfect for your Park City adventures! One parking space is also provided. It's just one block from Park City Mountain's Town Lift and has out-your-door access to famous restaurants, bars, shops and galleries. And, the free town shuttle stop is right out front; hop on to explore Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village or any of the area's exciting activities and entertainment.

-New quartz counter tops and stain on cabinets
-New hall bath
-New main bath
-New dining room furniture
-New lighting, paint, flooring, doors, bedding, artwork and decor throughout.

The main has a king bed and private bathroom, as well as its own TV, DVD, mini-fridge and coffee maker, making it a private oasis. There are two twins beds which can be made up into a king bed (with advance notice) in the second bedroom. There's another full bath adjacent to the second bedroom.

The full kitchen has everything necessary for preparing and serving meals, and a dining table with seating for 6. The cozy living room with its fanciful, rustic dƩcor and plush furniture is perfect for lounging by the wood-burning fireplace while enjoying a show on the large screen TV.

Park Station 227 adjoins Park Station 229 and the two can be combined to accommodate up to 12 people. Bring the whole crew!

Park Station amenities include free Wi-Fi, coin-op laundry facility, elevator, and complimentary parking for one car. Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Deluxe rating.

Perfect location walking to Main Street. Restaurants, shopping and ski lifts. Secure parking, quiet and safe. Comfortable beds, clean and cozy. Had a great girls trip. Recommend the Ski lifts and mountain coaster. Great host! Will book again. Thank you!

This is a great property in a great location for a fun stay in Park City. Very nice and clean. Attentive property management. Very quick to respond to questions! Easy to walk to Main Street and many restaurants. Great on-site free parking as well. The wide angle camera shots online are a little deceiving of the size, bathrooms are very small. But it certainly wouldnā€™t stop me from staying here, just not what the image looked like. I would definitely give this 5 stars and for sure stay here again! And thanks to the management for your quick responses and kindness and willingness to help!! You were awesome!!!

The condo felt very safe and secure, and the unit itself was beautiful! Super comfortable and spacious for 2 people (and you could easily fit 2 more). The location couldn't have been better - restaurants and stores are within a few steps and you're right along the bike/walk/run path that runs all throughout Park City. Highly recommend!

The location of this unit was perfect. Great access to the on-site facilities as well as the Main Street of Park City. We were able to walk everywhere! I would definitely recommend this listing for other people looking to stay in this area and plan to return myself.

Property was a bit above average. Somewhat dusty but mostly pretty clean. The property lacked a little in lighting. It was fairly well equipped. The location was great, close to downtown.

This condo is a perfect location for enjoying the summer in Park city. Fabulous street market took place just steps outside our house on Sunday afternoon. Easy to walk to all the fabulous restaurants and shops. Pool and hot tub for a welcome addition during a hot week.

Our family had such a wonderful time visiting Park City, and our stay was incredible. Check-in was seamless and easy, the unit was clean, and the location could not have been better in terms of proximity to downtown. Stayed here for 5 days on a family ski trip. Location is fantastic for skiers at Park City. Property management company were very responsive when we had a problem with the fire alarm (low battery warning beeping every couple of minutes). Highly recommendā€” would stay here again.

We absolutely loved the condo. Five stars for the owner ā­ļø The property management however was not so enjoyable. They spent the week leading up to our trip repeatedly emailing me a link to electronically sign a document, which couldnā€™t be completed on my phone. Then they started texting to remind us to fill it out, finally got to a laptop to do so. Then, they disappeared. They tried to email us the check-in information the morning of our arrival, but it didnā€™t come through (even in spam). So we arrived with no idea where to go, what building we were in, codes to get in, etc. It was frustrating since we had just driven an hour & all needed to use a restroom. Advice would be just to ask for info the day before so youā€™re better prepared. (I rarely complain....but it was that frustrating.) ;) The perfection of the condo outweighed those issues. You are at the bottom of Main Street, so bring your walking shoes!

My friend and I took a first trip to Park City. The location of this VRBO is great. It's very close to Main Street and bike rentals. The place is exactly what the pictures present. It's very clean and we appreciated that! The lighting could be a bit brighter in the big living room area but not a biggie. I can tell you the bed was the BEST bed I've ever slept on for a rental. On a side note, the bed is TALL. I'm 5'8 and it was kinda challenging to hop up, lol. The first night, the bathroom in the big bedroom had a bad smell. It smelled like a sewer smell but by the second day it went away. Not sure what that was about? I would recommend this rental.

We loved our week stay at this property. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable with nice, upgraded bathrooms and kitchen. We were working during our trip and the internet worked well for all 3 of us to video conference at the same time. The outdoor pool and hot tub were also very nice. The location is really perfect! Itā€™s right next to Main Street restaurants and shopping and walking tails as well as great hiking and mountain biking trails. My son enjoyed the skate park that was a five minute walk and I loved my morning runs to Deer Valley Resort. Would love to come back!!
