The Neighborhood:

Situated in the Lower Deer Valley area of Park City, you’re just minutes to the world-class Deer Valley Resort. A free shuttle service takes you to and from the mountain at Deer Valley in the winter, so you can get on the snow quicker. Along with awesome ski runs, the resort has a ski school and rentals. In the summer, there’s still plenty of fun to be had with mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, and concerts.



It’s less than a 5-minute drive to downtown Main Street, or walk 5 minutes to the Park City bus stop and take the free bus into town. Catch a show or concert at the historic Egyptian Theater, visit the Park City History Museum, and browse all the local art galleries. When you need a bite to eat, downtown is lined with first-rate restaurants, quiet coffee shops, and laid-back bars.
