The condo is also right on the free Park City bus route for easy access to any part of town.

Covid Cancellation - In addition to the cancellation policy listed on the site, weāve added the following to help give you options in the case of any closures.
1) If the ski resorts close due to Covid related issues, we will offer your choice of a full refund or credit towards a future stay. This will be pro-rated in the event that a closure happens during your stay.
2) If the resort you are mainly skiing at (Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley) is operating, it will be the normal cancellation policy (see your itinerary for details).
If you need to cancel for any other reason prior to your stay, we can't guarantee any refund, but we will try to re-rent the property and will refund anything we are able to recover by re-renting.
It may make sense to purchase Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance, let us know if youād like any recommendations on that after booking.
