This pristine 2BR/2.5BA getaway features an open-concept living area with new furnishings, a gas fireplace, and lovely mountain views from the private balcony. Two suites provide added luxury.

Situated at the base of Canyons Village at Park City, the Residences at Blackstone are just a short walk from the Cabriolet ski lift as well as shopping and dining options.

Enjoy exclusive access to on-site amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, and a state-of-the-art fitness center -- all open year-round. During the winter season, complimentary door-to-door shuttle service to the gondola and other Canyons Village attractions is provided.

LIVING AREA

Detailed with high ceilings, a gas fireplace, and all-new furniture, the immaculate living area is the ideal place to relax after fun-filled days. The plush sectional converts to a sleeper, while the Apple TV sets the scene for movie nights.

KITCHEN & DINING

A full suite of stainless steel appliances and granite countertops gleam in the sparkling kitchen. Find everything you need to prepare your favorite recipes.

When meals are ready, both the kitchen bar and dining table accommodate four.

BED & BATH

This property sleeps five guests between two comfortable primary suites and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

The first suite offers a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

The second suite is fitted with a queen bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower.

A half bath provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Sip morning coffee on the mountain-view balcony, furnished with seating for four.

Clubhouse amenities are available year-round and include an outdoor heated pool (5-feet deep), an outdoor hot tub, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The location was perfect, with a short walk to the chairlift into Canyons Village. The unit had everything you could ask for. However, it should be noted that coffee and filters for the coffee maker were not provided, which is common in other vacation rentals. I ended up buying a large pack of filters and left them at the property.Overall, the unit was very nice and well kept. That said, there was an extreme amount of dust on the ceiling fans in both the living room and the master bedroom, as well as on the walls, in the central air register, and even on the bedding. I had the worst night of sleep the first night, could hardly breathe, and the bedding felt very itchy.I notified property management, and they sent maintenance the next day to dust the fans and clean the air register. I also had to wash all of the bedding after noticing dust bunnies on it the following morning. Either the bedding had not been washed, or the dust was so severe that it settled onto the linens as air circulated. Regardless, it was unsettling.Given how modern and new the condo is and its great location, this was disappointing. We are in Park City four times a year during ski season and have never experienced issues with cleanliness or linens like this. Unfortunately, we would likely not stay here again.

Beautiful mountain Beautiful condo

This condo was absolutely beautiful and comfortable! Big rooms and very clean! Kitchen equips with everything you need to cook. Just bring your own cooking recipes and ingredients! The drive to the fun Main Street was 5 minutes away. You can walk to Canyons lift it 5 minute walk! I would definitely rent again!

Another great stay

This was our second time staying here and we enjoyed ourselves just the same. The property is modern, quiet, and has all you need. We both slept great and would gladly stay here again. There were a couple of things that needed maintenance when we arrived but after contacting the property manager, someone was out the next morning to fix it.

Almost Perfect

Electric blinds on windows did not work. Handyman sent by VRBO could not repair, so by our request he removed them so we could enjoy all the mountain views. Stocked every seasoning imagianable but had no sugar. Also I could not find the pizza pan. Condo was very nice, clean and beautiful, and very centrally located. We would book again.

Wonderful

This is by far the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Clean, warm, cozy, and a perfect location. You can walk to the Cabriolet but you can also have the Canyon Connect Shuttle pick you up at the door. The fireplace was so nice after a day of skiing and the hot tub was lovely. The place was well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and all necessities. We had 2 small issues which were addressed right away. We were there on a holiday weekend and had no issues with parking. We would absolutely stay there again!

Beautiful, sparkling clean condo

My daughter and I had four wonderful nights I’m this unit. This was by far the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The condo is newer but also meticulously maintained. The beds were super comfortable and as a top floor unit (with many units owner-occupied), it was very quiet. The view from the unit gets the morning sun and a nice afternoon breeze. Close to everything in town while still giving you space to spread out. We used the pool as well, which is small but clean and nice. There is construction in the surrounding area but we never heard a thing as it’s far enough away. Highly recommend!

Great stay!

This condo was beautiful and fresh, conveniently located, and lovely in every way! Very comfortable. Very nice that it was equipped with all the essentials we needed while there (laundry detergent garbage bags, shampoo condiments, etc.)

Comfortable and Beautiful Condo

My family of 4 came to Park City to ski at Deer Valley. The condo was very clean and super comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with all the things. We loved cozying up on the sofa by the fireplace at night. I loved having the full sized washer/dryer. It made a huge difference being able to wash our clothes. I do recommend staying here but the property manager wasn't very responsive during our stay. They took 3 days to respond to my message. By the time they responded, I already resolve the issue. There was no extra toilet paper and no body wash & shampoo in one of the bathrooms. We did instacart over those items to the condo. It was a bit annoying because the condo should have supplied enough. All in all, it is a nice, clean, and comfortable condo (with minor property manager issues).

Beautiful condo. Problem with the door code when checking in though. Had to contact an outside property manager (not VRBO) to get this resolved after a long day of travel. Ultimately was resolved, but frustrating nevertheless.
