This gorgeous private home is located in the Solamere neighborhood of lower Deer Valley. It has beautiful views, high quality finishes and designer furnishings, wonderful amenities, and is very spacious (approximately 6,000 square feet). Wood accents throughout, including log railings and posts, hardwood floors, as well as an open and bright floor plan.

The main entry level is the living room, kitchen and dining room combined into a beautiful great room, and the private hot tub on a deck just outside the dining area. Also on this level is the fourth bedroom and laundry room. Up a half level takes you to the master bedroom suite, and then up a full flight of stairs are the second master suite and third bedroom. On the lower level are the fifth and sixth bedrooms, a family room and game room, and entry from the garage.

Living Room: Vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors, floor to ceiling natural stone wood burning fireplace with log mantle, HDTV, VCR, DVD, CD, access to a small deck on the front of the house, great views.
