Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the private patio with its hot tub, grill, and fireplace.
Just across the street (approximately 150 feet away), you will have access to the shared ski tower with elevator, lounge area, and a private ski locker for your gear.
Après Ski service in the lounge is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM daily in winter.

• Ski Access Conditions: Park City Mountain Resort`s goal is to have the King`s Crown run accessible for as long as possible in the ski season. This is the easiest way to access the mountain just steps away from the property.
- No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the premises
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Additional $25 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 8 guests
- Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your contract, please reach out to us
- Please do not move or rearrange any furniture
- Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
- Do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items may cause damage.
-A $500 refundable deposit or a $50 non-refundable damage waiver is required before check-in.
