Situated in the Newpark / Redstone Village area, Park City Preserve is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and bars, shopping, grocery and more, that are all within just a few steps. This property overlooks the Swaner Nature Preserve and has the most stunning views. You are also on the Park City hiking/biking trail system and just a short walk to the bus stop for free transportation to all that Park City, Deer Valley and the Kimball Junction area has to offer.

Built in 2011, this lovely condo features 1,500 square feet within two levels of living space with two bedrooms and three bathrooms, to easily accommodate up to seven guests in comfort. You will also have amazing views from both levels of this home.

You will enter the home from the garage and into the main living area, holding the living room, dining area and kitchen.

Living Room: This comfortable and cozy space offers a queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, TV and a private deck with stunning views and a hot tub.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils needed for your homemade meals. There are stainless steel appliances and granite counters, including kitchen bar seating for two.

Dining Area: With seating for up to six.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom (upper level) ā€“ King bed, TV/DVD and private deck overlooking Swaner Preserve. There is a full private bath with dual granite counter sinks and a tile shower.

Bedroom 2 (upper level) ā€“ Two twin beds, TV/DVD and private bath with a tub/shower combo.

I'd stay there again. The only issue is that we had a Ram 2500 and it was a tad too long for the garage. We had to leave the garage door open each night.

We loved the house! Good equipped kitchen, gas fireplace and hot tub helped to relax after the whole day in the mountains. Perfect location with many bars and restaurants in a walking distance. Would return!

Great Unit and location

The unit was very clean and well appointed (for example the owner even provided laundry detergent so we didn't have to purchase any). We were very comfortable there and the location is 5 minutes from the lift at Canyons and about 10 minutes to the lift at Park City. There is very convenient shopping and restaurants within walking distance of the unit.

My husband and I stayed here for a staycation and I expected a bit more that we got. The master bed was super comfortable but the couch was so worn out it was painful to sit on. The coffee maker was half broken so you couldnā€™t set it to brew in the morning and still had to heat your coffee in the microwave after. The master shower head needs to be replaced as not all of the little holes spray water and the water everywhere takes forever to heat. Overall it was a decent place but not for a staycation where you want to hang out there the whole time.

Always a great stay!

Nice place. Perfect for our group of 5 which included 2 kids. The upstairs sleeping areas tended to stay very warm. This is good or bad depending on what you like. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Skiing is a short drive. Deer valley is about 20 minutes away. Other resorts are closer. Overall good experience for us.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was perfect and the condo was clean, comfortable and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi. The quick response from Miguel at Park City Rentals made our day! We had to move from another condo unexpectedly our second day in Park City, which happened to be on a Sunday and Miguel made it happen for us. His professional, friendly attitude was top notch. He went above and beyond to ensure our condo was move in ready and the jacuzzi was properly working. We can't thank him enough for what he did. We will definetly rent from Park City rentals again.
