The location was awesome, and the space was plenty for one couple. The kitchen was fully stacked which was nice. We did have to buy a French press which is one very simple and affordable thing to have in any rental spot, we left it there so now you have one :).
Now on a more constructive critisisim, the items that def need improvement are; The bed and pillows. They were very cheap pillows and the mattress was very old and wore out. We spent 3 days skiing which is why the location was a huge plus, but to come to a very uncomfortable bed and wake up with a soar back and neck was not fun at all. This needs attention asap. I know its a big investment but it will make every one else's experience in Park City, 1000 better.
The sheets did not smell clean. They did not smell dirty but I would recommend using a diff detergent, same with the bathroom towells. I would also recommend swapping all the brown towels along with the blue sheet for white. Its been proven that in the hospitality world most successful spots will provide white clean sheets and white towels. They are harder to keep clean which ensures the guest they are clean, instead of masking any dirt from prevous tenants.
I also would replace the cleaning crew. Every single thing we grabbed, forks, knifes, glasses, plates etc had food residue from previous guests, so we had to wash eveything before using it. Considering the space and the amt we paid for cleaning, this is an essential and again sends the message of a clean space.
I think the space has great potential but def needs more attention. I hope this helps the landlord and or management co.
