Highly sought-after location, at skiing, hiking and mountain biking's doorstep - this property is steps across the street from the Silver Star elevator for direct access to skiing via the Silver Star chairlift, Silver Star Cafe and Silver Star Sports. This townhome is situated on a corner, with plenty of windows and abundant natural light. Open floor plan on main level with gas fireplace, updated kitchen and baths, and multiple decks, including new hot tub with views up the mountain. Upper levels feature two bedrooms, deck, and loft sleeping flex space. Perfect mountain home in all four seasons, Payday is in town, directly on the Thaynes bus route, yet quiet and surrounded by mature trees. Payday is also adjacent to the Park City Municipal Golf Course, which offers cross country skiing in the winter. Many hiking and biking trail options right out the door, including the famous Armstrong and Spiro trails.

Excellent all around

Condo was clean, spacious, and minutes walk to bus stop or SiliverStar lift. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Response to my text messages was super quick. A minor issue with one of the roku devices was resolved next day. I liked how condiments, spices, and other non-perishable food items like tea, coffee, hot chocolate, etc. from previous guess were there for our use rather than thrown away. It's unfortunate though we bought mustard and ketchup. I think there's 5 bottles of mustard there now. Lol. Would definitely stay there again.

Long skiing week-end

Great location. Very well equipped. Worked well for our family. Fourth bedroom is a loft off of one of the bedrooms so not great for privacy. Had trouble getting into the unit as outside lights were out and snowstorm raging but finally figured out the issue. Condo starting to look a bit worn.

Wonderful Condo

Condo is great and the host, John, was wonderful. From booking to leaving everything was simple and seamless. We had a large group of male adults skiing Park City for 4 days. Location of the Condo was perfect a very short walk to an elevator that take you to the Silver Star lift. Skiing home there is an easy groomed run or a nice bumped trail. A nice bar is also at the base of Silver Star. The house easily slept 8 (all in separate beds) and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, tools, utensils and spices. The Condo has enough space for a medium/large group to relax in the dining area and by the TV. Hot tub was also nice. Would definitely book it again and recommend.

Great Property

The host John was great to work with. He was very responsive and very accommodating to my group. Would highly suggest staying here is you have to opportunity. Location is a 3 minute walk to the Silver Star lift.

Just as advertised!

Our family had a great time in Park City. The condo was conveniently located and offered all of the amenities we needed for a family ski vacation. The kitchen was stocked. They had plenty of towels and beds for the whole family. The house was clean and comfy! Looking forward to staying again!

Great ski lodging

6 adults recently went for a skip trip in park city. The location was exactly as expected, 5 min walk to silver star lift and a 2 min walk to the bus stop. Once on the bus it was a 2 min drive to the base of park city. Checkin and out was easy. The owner was very flexible with our flight schedule and communicated well during our stay. Hot tub and fireplace both worked perfectly (many of our past places had issues with one or the other or even both). We ate in for most meals and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall 5 Star. We hope to come back in the future.

Great location meet Park City, cozy house for families

Location is probably a 10 minute walk to Park city village, which we did several times although it’s difficult in ski boots. Beyond the location, the host, John, is awesome. He responded very quickly and fixed a few things that we needed help with immediately.House layout was perfect for families with kids, multiple bunkbeds and a loft area above one of the main bedrooms.Hot tub was great after a long day on the ski slopes.

Great place for the

We stayed to ski the week before Christmas. It’s very easy to get on the bus for a five minute ride that takes you to the base. If there had been more snow we would’ve had an easy five minute walk to a ski lift. But it was not operating.The house is just like advertised. The Jacuzzi works well, it’s very close to grocery stores, plenty of space. Everything is within five minutes. Groceries, urgent care, and pharmacy. The ski rental business is 2 minute drive or 5 minute walk .The host is very responsive. Very easy to text or call and they send help for minor things if necessary.I highly recommend this host and unit.

Great condo. Had everything we need to eat all meals at home, easy walk to silver star chairlift, and set up well for ski gear right inside the front door. Would stay there again.

Great place and location

This house was very clean. The location was awesome as it was across the street from the bus and walking distance to Silver Chair. If I had any questions the host would reply immediately. We would definitely look to stay here again.

Great house, very well located

House was very comfortable and the location is spectacular. The only thing that was not clear in the listing is thatbthe access to the top room is through the 2nd floor bedroom so the only private couples room is the one downstairs Other than that, everything went perfectly!

Fantastic Family Ski House

We loved staying at John's ski house. Despite the nearby lift not yet being open (early Jan), we found the shuttle, with some car drop offs, fine for accessing the Park City base even with 5 and 7 year old kids. The house itself is comfy and much as per the listing. It's good for three subgroups with two of these sharing the upstairs bedrooms and one the more separate downstairs ensuite. The living space is comfy and accommodated our group of six adults and 3 kids fairly comfortably although the high top chairs were a little tough for the kiddos. There were some minor maintenance issues that I'm sure will get fixed quickly and the attic bedroom was colder than the rest of the house, but plenty of blankets provided. Parking was convenient, and the shuttle stops literally 25 yards from the front door. The hot tub was a nice bonus to relax after a day on the slopes. John was an attentive and welcoming host and we would happily stay again.

Holiday ski getaway

We spent 6 great days here with our adult kids for skiing, hot tubbing, lounging by the fire and grilling. What a perfect facility for us! Our host was accessible and helpful in all communications and suggestions for making our stay in Park City a success. Everything worked as described and we even had a Christmas tree waiting for us. So convenient to skiing and town.

Great stay at this property. Location terrific next to Silver Star lift which accesses blue runs to get to the rest of the Park City Mountain/Canyons resort (not ideal for novices). Convenient free shuttle at end of driveway will take you to/ from main resort base if you prefer to start or end there. Well equipped, bedroom layout ideal for two couples whose combined four kids enjoyed room with two bunk beds. Kitchen equipment including pots, implements and knives etc way better than typical rentals, since we cooked most nights this was appreciated. Hot tub aging but enjoyable out on private deck, gas fireplace a plus. Communication with host very prompt. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Excellent location and great owner

The place was well stocked and the owner super helpful from the time of booking until the day we left. The property is located within walking distance to the Silver Star chair lift as well as across the street from the free bus shuttle to town. This was amazing as we received 23 in of snow the second night we were there and we never were not able to drive as the parking lot did not get plowed for a few days! Beds were super comfy and kitchen well stocked as well. Thank you John for everything!

Great place, great location

Excellent location, easy walk with kids from Condo to Silver Star chair and never a wait to get on the lift. Silver Star Cafe was great for dinner! Condo was clean and well stocked. Accommodated 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids) easily. Owner was super helpful and quick to respond. Only thing worth noting is that 1 of the bunk bed rooms is only accessible through another (adult) bedroom.
