There are 2 designated parking spaces for this property: one standard-sized vehicle inside the garage and one standard-sized vehicle in the tandem parking space directly in front of the garage door. Guests must park only in these designated spaces and follow all parking instructions provided before arrival.

Guest and unassigned parking areas are for general guest use only. Under HOA rules, commercial vehicles, Class C vehicles, RVs, trailers, boats, and other oversized vehicles are not permitted in guest or unassigned parking areas unless specifically approved in advance.

Parking anywhere other than the designated spaces may result in warnings, towing, fines, or HOA violations. Guests are responsible for any towing charges, fines, HOA penalties, or damages resulting from failure to follow the parking rules.
