This 6 Bedroom, 5 Bathroom Ski Home sleeps 16 and is the perfect getaway for friends and family. Created by combining two town-homes, this mountain estate offers you six bedrooms and five baths. This tri-level residence sprawls over 3,515 square feet and provides spacious accommodations for you and your guests. This residence offers its guests luxury lodging in a mountain retreat boasting extraordinary amenities, including a private hot tub, boot warmers and a shuffleboard table.

The local free shuttle stop is less than 100 yards from the door. The shuttle will take you to both Park City and Deer Valley.

The main gathering space is warm and inviting with cozy leather sofas surrounding a custom stone fireplace and a large 75ā€™ HDTV. Beyond the great room, there is a kitchen and dining room with a beautiful gas fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen is made for entertaining and offers high-end appliances and a spacious breakfast bar. The main level of the residence is a large and light-filled great room with vaulted ceilings and an open plan allowing the kitchen, living & dining areas to feast on the mountain views. The master suite comes with a cozy king-size bed, office nook and sitting area, and a jetted tub; this will be your retreat when you need to relax and unwind. All bedrooms have flat screen TVā€™s, custom linens and signature bedding.

PARKING: 4 spaces in the dual garages for guest parking, plus there is room for more parking in the driveway.

SKI ACCESS: Itā€™s about a 2-minute walk to the shuttle stop. Also, you can use free on-demand service through the High Valley Transit app.

TRANSPORTATION: Enjoy all of the convenience and charm of Historic Old Town Park City. The free Park City bus is a 2 minute walk and it can take you and your guests to all three of Park City Mountain Resorts. Main Street is about a 7 minute walk and you'll find a great selection of restaurants, shopping, and museums.

PAYMENTS: Vrbo collects their Service Fee at booking. We (Red Sky Resorts) collect 50% of the reservation total (less Vrbo's Fee) 48 hours after the booking is made and the remaining 50% is collected 60 days before your check-in date.
Pets are allowed as long as they have been approved and the pet fee has been paid.

Beware!--Glorified Location "Frat" House

Spend your hard earned money elsewhere! My family had a reunion and recently stayed at this property for MLK weekend. I waited to review until hearing back from the management company and owners regarding the myriad of issues we endured for our 4 night stay. They and the owners essentially laughed at us, and offered 10% of any 'new booking', but would not refund a penny. Sad this was our 1st experience (and last) with them. The photos look wonderful (of course), but what lies ahead I promise is not worth the price tag nor the hassel. First, the location is close--driving distance-- to park city and deer valley, and up a (steep) hill to a bus that takes you on the park city route. Walking in, you'll notice a thick layer of *dust* on fans, and surfaces. *Dead mosquitoes* are in the lights, snow/dirt from tracked up the stairs. The linens had plentiful STAINS, and the bathrooms had DIRT all in the tracks of former glass partitions, now covered by a curtain. There are literally HOLES in the wall in an upstairs bathroom. The kitchen appliances (and drawers) we DIRTY we had to wash anything we wanted to use. The most uncomfortable problem is the terrible heating and cooling system. When calling the management company they told us to "open the windows". Upstairs was a sauna and the middle and bottom floor were cold as ice. We also called maintenance due to a broken shower door. They did come and fix it, but it was a hassel none the less. Stay anywhere else-this isn't it!

Great and convenient location to downtown PC and resorts. Nice to find such a large place that allows dogs. Only real complains are one of the gas fireplaces was out of operation and two of our vehicles (stock height) would not fit in garage. Oh, and there was no potato masher!

Perfect Space, Convenient and Cozy

I organized a friends weekend and this property was fantastic. Everyone had their own space and there was no waiting for the bathroom. The property had everything youā€™d need, and was very comfortable. We even had a few wildlife sightings! Super convenient to downtown and hiking, and the communication was just the right amount.

A group of us (6) went to Park City for a guys ski trip. We each had our own bedroom and the accommodations were fantastic. The house was very well taken care of. The couch area and TV were perfect for watching NCAA games. The close proximity to town made it a very easy walk when we didn't feel like taking an Uber. Would highly recommend this property as it didn't disappoint.

Nice Winter Vacation House

We had a very nice long weekend from March 3rd through March 7th, 2023. The house was in good condition; we used all the rooms; and our family had a wonderful time getting together at the end of the day. The dining room table was large enough to accomodate our large family. The property manager was also very responsive to our questions. The house is convenient to the local ski resorts, and some of the guests used public transportation, which was within walking distance.

Disappointed, glad my family cancelled , I would have been embarrassed.

My husband and I both have knee issues, this property unbeknownst to us was 4 stories. We left early because our knees couldnā€™t take it anymore. The bathrooms were moldy and old. There was watermarks on the ceilings of all the bathrooms. My husbands allergies were so bad that he had to leave to get relief. Our brand new grand wagoneer would not fit in the very short garages and with the sap from the trees , we had to wash it 3 times. One garage smelled sooo bad we couldnā€™t even go in it. The garbage cans were never ever washed and stunk even when washed. The furniture in the house was worn and old especially in the family room. The porch furniture had ripped cushions and we did not even sit in them. For the price you charged this wasNOT a great property : no view , small kitchen . I will never rent from you again. Kitchen pots and pans were scratched and the cheapest you can buy. This property should not have that high sticker price on it. I was glad when my daughter and 2 kids cancelled because this rental was horrible.

Great house for 10 adults!

A great house for a large family gathering of 10 people. Lots of stairs so not a good house if anyone has difficulty with that. Location was great and could walk to Main Street or Park City resort. House manager was great and responded quickly to an issue we had with one of the showers. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a lot of single adults so the house wouldnā€™t have accommodated any more than 10 for our group. Would recommend it.

Great house located in right near the main street.

We enjoyed staying at this wonderful 6 bedroom 5 bath home. It had everything we need to enjoy for a wedding week as 2 families together. (All adults) We've only been here for skiing but we all loved great weather in Park City during the summer as well and would love to come back and look for this house again. Thank you!!!

Perfect stay for a large group!

We had 4 couples and 4 single adults and this house was great. There are two large rooms on the top floor. One with a king bed and itā€™s own bathroom and the other had 2 queens and one bunk bed with its own bathroom. The floor right under had 4 bedrooms all with a queen bed. There were two bathrooms on that floor and then the main floor had a huge dining room table that easily fit us all. There was a fireplace in that room along with a fireplace in the living room. This level also had its own full bathroom. The living room had a huge and comfortable couch. There was a shuffle board which we really enjoyed! The hot tub was great too! Overall just a perfect house that allowed everyone to have their own space and privacy!
