This elegant townhome features a relaxing, private HOT TUB that’s ideal for an end-of-day soak. Plus, your group will have an all-access pass to the excellent Bear Hollow neighborhood community extras— like a seasonal swimming pool, fire pits, and a fitness center.
The main LIVING AREA is anchored by a classic corner stone fireplace that is ideal for chilly winter evenings in the mountains. Your group can gather together on the velvety-soft sectional sofa for a fun game night or a Netflix movie night on the large HDTV.
In the open KITCHEN, the natural wood cabinets and sleek granite countertops provide plenty of storage and workspace options. Small appliances include a toaster oven, a Keurig coffee maker, a crock pot, a blender, and even a waffle iron. The premier appliance suite consists of a stainless-steel refrigerator, a gas range, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is the FORMAL DINING SPACE with a table that seats six, while outside on the COVERED PATIO, there’s a gas grill and a few lounge chairs for enjoying your morning mug of coffee or afternoon cocktail.
The peaceful PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE is located on the second level, and features a king-size bed underneath a vaulted ceiling, and an ENSUITE BATHROOM with a double vanity and a step-in shower. The SECOND BEDROOM has a comfy queen-size bed, the THIRD BEDROOM includes two twin-size beds, and the FOURTH BEDROOM has a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed.
