Welcome to Three Kings 65, a beautifully appointed four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath Park City condo rental offering stunning mountain views, generous living space, and an unbeatable location just a short stroll from the Three Kings lift at Park City Mountain Resort. Whether you're carving fresh tracks in the winter, hiking and biking in the summer, or settling in for an extended seasonal stay, Three Kings 65 puts four-season Park City adventure right outside your door. With scenic hiking and biking trails nearby, world-class dining and boutique shopping within easy reach, and Park City's free year-round bus running steps away, everything you need is close at hand.
Inside, this generously scaled multi-level condo comfortably accommodates families and groups with four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and sleeping for up to 7 guests. The main level sets a warm, inviting tone with an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room anchored by rich mountain character throughout — a natural gathering space for the whole group. A convenient half bath rounds out the main floor, along with a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience. In the warmer months, central air conditioning keeps the home cool and comfortable. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs in the home are included throughout your stay.
Sleeping accommodations are spread thoughtfully across multiple levels. The lower level offers a private bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom — a quiet retreat from the rest of the home. Upstairs, a second bedroom features a king bed, a third bedroom offers two twin beds, and a fourth bedroom provides a single twin bed. The upper level bedrooms share two full bathrooms, making this a flexible and family-friendly layout well suited for groups with adults and children of varying ages.
Step outside to the private deck and unwind while soaking in sweeping mountain views — equally spectacular on a crisp winter evening or a warm summer night.
As part of the Three Kings complex, guests enjoy access to a year-round heated outdoor pool, community hot tub, sauna, changing facilities, and a welcoming clubhouse. One assigned underground parking space is included for your vehicle. Please contact Guest Services at least two weeks prior to arrival if you need an additional parking pass.
Three Kings 65 is available for spring, summer, and fall monthly rentals, and winter nightly and weekly rentals. For monthly stays of 30 nights or longer, the owner will consider a rental with a dog, please check with Guest Services for pet fee and more information. No smoking is permitted in this rental.
Check-in is simple with our Direct to Condo process — complete a brief pre-registration form in advance to receive your personal door code. Housekeeping is not included but may be arranged through our Guest Services office for an additional fee, subject to availability, with at least two weeks' advance notice.
