The Space:

The home boasts a beautiful interior filled with charm with vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and stylish decor, creating a grand and inviting atmosphere. Plush furnishings, 3 fireplaces, and a private hot tub add to the comfort and luxury of this home. Each bedroom is outfitted with an en suite bathroom, providing the ultimate comfortable retreat to recharge.
Inside the main living space, you will find a grand room with vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, soaring windows, and a statement floor-to-ceiling stone hearth. The main level has a bright and open layout with the kitchen/dining/living room seamlessly blended together. The living room is set up for socializing and relaxing with two comfortable couches and a plush leather cushion chair. The room’s plush furnishings are positioned in front of the gas fireplace a large couch so you can curl up by the fire while watching the falling snow out the large windows, or enjoy a movie night on the mounted TV. Adjacent to the living room is a cozy dining area tucked next to large windows and a sliding glass door that opens up to the balcony. Sit down with your group for a meal at the 6-person dining table, or step out to the balcony and prepare dinner on the BBQ and dine al fresco.
To the side of the living room/dining room is the beautiful kitchen, a well-equipped space that the chef in your group will love preparing meals in. The spacious kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, roomy granite countertops, and a kitchen island with 3 bar stools. A half-bathroom is located near the main living space for shared use.
When you are ready to tuck in for the night each of the 4 bedrooms will provide everything you need for a comfortable stay including plush carpet, ceiling fans to keep cool on warm summer nights, and en suite bathrooms. Located on the main level, the master suite will be a private retreat with a comfortable king-size bed, a beautiful floor-to-ceiling stone hearth gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. From the master suite you can access a balcony, a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the fresh mountain air. Get ready for the day in the beautiful master bathroom where you will find a spacious double-sink vanity, a spa tub, and a stand-in shower with a glass door. Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire townhome, a private hot tub, and two parking spots, one in the private garage and the other in the driveway outside, in the designated guest parking area. Guests are not allowed to park in the shared driveway.
There is also a boot & gear dryer and EV charger (240 volt) located in the garage for guest use.
The Neighborhood:
This welcoming home places you near all the action at Canyons Resort where you can be out on the slopes or exploring the many shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities in the area in no time. Natural beauty is all around in this area with several parks and hiking trailheads in close proximity and you can also easily explore the nearby Utah Olympic Park, home to many event venues in the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics. Book a spa appointment at one of the nearby resorts, hit a few rounds at Canyons Golf Course, or take advantage of the many community amenities such as the pool and hot tub, all from this lovely home.
Getting Around:
This home's fabulous location places endless outdoor adventures just outside your door. In the winter months be out on the slopes in no time with both Cabriolet Ski Lift and the Frostwood Gondola within a mile from the home. Jump on one of these lifts and be taken to the base of Canyons Village. Should you want to take advantage of Park City's convenient and FREE Park City Transit bus system you are just a 10-minute walk to Canyons Village Transit Hub that connects you to all of Park City, including the historic Main Street district. Or, make the quick ten-minute drive from Park City's historic Main Street, home to the Sundance Film Festival, where you can explore the many shops, galleries, eateries, and breweries there.

Other Things to Note:
The shared driveway is not open to guests for parking.
There is an extra leaf located inside the table that will allow for 8 to sit at the dining table.
There is a large boot dryer in the garage available for guests' use.
Please note that guests have access to Canyon Village Connect with an app, where you can arrange for pickup at the condo & go to any location within the Canyons Village area.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
