The Space:

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

- Primary Suite: Features a king bed, its own gas fireplace, a Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a spacious walk-in shower.

- Second Bedroom: Great for kids or extra guests, this room offers two queen beds, a Smart TV, and a full ensuite bath with a tub/shower combination.

- For extra guests or flexible sleeping arrangements, the living room sectional opens into a queen bed, and a twin air mattress is available within the eight-person limit. A Pack ’n Play is also provided for families traveling with little ones.



KITCHEN AND ENTERTAINMENT

- Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped with Viking appliances, the kitchen includes a Keurig that handles both single cups and full pots for morning routines. The dining table seats six, while four stools at the kitchen counter make it easy to enjoy morning coffee or chat while dinner is being prepared.

- Living Area: The main living area features a gas fireplace, and Smart TV, a natural spot to gather for boardgames or movies after a day outside.



PATIO

- Step outside to enjoy a private outdoor setup featuring an exclusive hot tub, gas grill, and comfortable lounge seating overlooking the golf course and mountains.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES

- A half bath sits just off the living area. In-home laundry, Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning keep longer stays easy and comfortable. Access to Blackstone shared amenities is also included.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the full ground-floor condo including and the private patio with hot tub, gas grill, and seating.

Access is also included for the Blackstone community's shared amenities including: year round heated outdoor pool and hot tub, fire pit, clubhouse, fitness center, and outdoor gathering spaces.



The Neighborhood:

PARK CITY IN EVERY SEASON

- Located in Canyons Village at Park City Mountain, guests are central to year round outdoor activities. Skiing and snowboarding in the winter give way to hiking, biking, and golf in the summer. Home to local shops, restaurants, and galleries, Historic Main Street is just a short 4 mile drive or complimentary bus ride away.



Getting Around:

PARKING

- One assigned space in the heated underground garage is included with elevator access to the building. Additional outdoor parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.



COMPLIMENTARY CANYONS VILLAGE WINTER SHUTTLE

- Guests can skip driving and walking in ski boots around Canyons Village. During Park City Mountain's winter season, request complimentary, on-demand rides with a tap of a button via the Canyons Village Connect app.



PUBLIC TRANSIT

- Just a short walk or complimentary Canyons Village Connect ride away, the Canyons Village Transit Hub connects guests with complimentary and convenient routes throughout Park City and the Wasatch Back via Park City Transit and High Valley Transit. Additionally, Summit Bike Share offers an affordable and eco-friendly way to get around from Spring-Fall.



- GONDOLA ACCESS

The lower station of the new Canyons Village Skyway is a short walk from the condo. Planned to debut for the 2026/27 winter season, this 10-person gondola will connect the lower village with the Canyons Village base area for skiing, dining and shopping.

This is a ground-floor condo in a shared building, and neighboring units may be audible. Maximum occupancy is eight. No smoking, pets, parties or events.
