Welcome to Greyhawk in beautiful Park City/Deer Valley, home to world-class skiing, dining and shopping. Located 30 minutes from Salt Lake City, Park City features two fabulous ski resorts: Deer Valley Resort, ranked as one of North America`s top skiing destinations and Park City Mountain Resort which is now the largest Ski and Snowboard Resort in the United States.



After a day of skiing or snowboarding, come home to enjoy your warm, inviting 3 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath retreat. Relax in the brand new private hot-tub on the patio. Prepare a nice dinner in the large, open and well-stocked kitchen. Also there is a Weber Gas BBQ on the deck. Enjoy a glass of wine by the fire or just relax with family and friends. The living room features a large flat-screen TV (55`) over the gas fireplace. There is also a Sonos sound system for playing your favorite music.



This home is a great space for a staycation, as a work-from-home alternative, or for families. The town-home is located towards the back of the complex so it is nice and quiet with almost no street noise.



The master suite occupies the third floor, with a King bed, flat-screen TV and large walk-in closet. An en-suite bathroom features granite counter-tops, updated fixtures, a glass-door shower and a whirlpool soaking tub. There is also a love seat that folds out to a single bed in the closet if needed. Two bedrooms on the lower level each have their own bath. One of the bedrooms has a King bed and an attached bath and the other bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a bath down the hall. All bedrooms are located away from the main living space, making this a perfect place for families or groups. A laundry room with a washer and dryer and half bath are located on the main level.

TRANSPORTATION: The shuttle bus service is free, and the shuttle stop is located right in front of the town-home for a quick ride to either of the ski resorts, Old Town or the grocery store. Deer Valley resort is just a two-minute drive or Shuttle bus ride, and Park City Mountain Resort is less than 10 minutes away.
