Living Room: Vaulted ceilings give this room an open feel with the highlight of the room being a beautiful floor to ceiling river rock fireplace (wood burning) and panoramic floor to ceiling windows with a sliding glass door leading to the deck. There is plenty of comfortable seating, a large screen HDTV with a soundbar and DVD player. There are sweeping views of the surrounding mountains from any seat in this room!

Kitchen: Granite counter tops, tile floors, stainless steel appliances. The breakfast area table seats 4 with 2 additional seats at the kitchen bar.

Dining Room: Seating for 8, dining area overlooks living room.

2nd Primary Suite/Studio: located on the lower level, this suite has a living area with a kitchenette. The studio area has a queen sofa sleeper and a huge 72" HDTV. This is a great area for the kids to watch movies or play video games. The adjoining bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom.
Third – Located on the main level, this bedroom has two twin beds, full bathroom just outside in the hall.
