Absolutely great experience! Very easy check in and check out process. I didn’t even need to reach out to the host. The pictures did the house and housing complex justice. Very quite. Clean. Absolutely perfect for my me and brothers and their families. Also, incredibly convenient location in the mountain and next to the park city shopping complex.

Perfect Rental House

I stayed here for 3 nights with my cousins for a ski trip and the rental house was great and had everything we needed. The place looks exactly as advertised and the property manager was super responsive before and during our stay. The free shuttle and hot tub are also great amenities.

Comfortable

Nice property for our family and grandparents. All the bedrooms had their own bathrooms which was very nice. We stayed during the summertime and enjoyed the two pools, hot tubs, and pickleball courts. We appreciated that the closets had additional fans to use because it was really hot in Park City this time of year! Short walk up to the main Canyons Village. Would stay here again.

Excellent Property in a Great Location

This property was perfect and the management company was very attentive. We had a small hiccup with the door code, which was resolved in minutes. The home is very comfortable and been remolded. I would definitely stay there again. Individual AC’s for the main floor and upstairs. Several of the rooms have skylights without window coverings, but we’re early risers, so that didn’t matter. All amenities and conveniences you could ask for. The photos are description are spot on.

Awesome stay!

One of the best vacation rentals we've ever stayed in; the house was clean and very well stocked, cozy and welcoming, and close to all shuttles and transportation, we have absolutely no negative comments at all we had a great time!

Great Location

Great location with multiple master bedrooms. We had several items in the home broken, but maintenance was quick to respond. I would say the property was not baby friendly. We purchased a baby gate to place at the stairs and left behind. Also, they could use a better vacuum. The current one did not pick up very well. One other suggestion would be something to help keep the steps dry and clean from coming from outside. One of the inaccurate representations was the fridge downstairs was locked and unable to be used. Also, the floor warmer did not work in that room. Overall we had a great stay and made it work. Thank you!

Great property for families

This is a great property and perfect for one or two families. While it is not ski in ski out, it is a short drive or ten minute walk (can’t do in ski boots) to Canyons. It is a 10-15 minute drive to Park City. We very much enjoyed our stay and the house was clean, comfortable and well stocked for our needs. Our only recommendation would be for the property management company to provide additional welcome information (like the fact that there is a free shuttle service that can pick you up all around the village) and where you can get groceries in advance. We had to ask around or ask them and it would have been much more convenient to have all such helpful information provided in an email or a welcome book about local information and the house amenities. We also had a few challenges with locking the door and more detailed instructions would have also been helpful. Overall, a very nice choice for our first time to the Canyons and we would definitely return to this property.

Very Nice Accommodations and Location

As described in listing. Really nice to have three rooms each with California King bed and separate bath. Great views. Two minor downsides: different TV systems in family room and master bedroom and no real sitting area on deck/patios to enjoy views and weather together.

Spring Break

Very clean townhouse, close to the mountain. There’s a free shuttle that picks up and drops off at your front door. Management was very attentive and followed up daily. Very easy check on/out process. We would stay here again!

Nice spacious property for family gathering

The property is very nice and well appointed. Quite spacious and everyone had a private bedroom and bathroom which was nice. There was a breakdown in the ITrip checkin email exchange that is unexplained. (Meaning I can’t determine why or how the breakdown occurred, but I didn’t get an email.) Fortunately it was quickly corrected by texts when we arrived. They don’t monitor the text line 24hrs so it could have been a disaster. We were there for skiing and it’s not the best location for that with various combinations of busses, gondolas and shuttles required to get to the slopes. The price reflected this however and for the money, it was reasonable. If you’re a family or group on a budget, I’d recommend it. My gripe is that it’s cumbersome for a group to suit up for the slopes in the tiny foyer where sitting on the stairs to put boots on. They could use a bench outside and more hooks to hang jackets and gear on. Finally, the sink in the upstairs bathroom had whiskers around the edge of the sink and a few bathroom items were out of place. Called into question the thoroughness of the cleaning which gave me pause I couldn’t shake. Also a picture over the toilet was tilted and part of the mounting inside the frame was loose. That plus a missing ski locker key was also a concern. I reported all as soon as I noticed 1st day there,

Amazing condo in the Canyons

This is a great spot in the Canyons with plenty of room for the family. We loved our stay here and the newly remodeled condominium. Plenty of room for a family of 5 with the 3 kids being teenagers. The property manager Mandy with iTrip was always there to answer questions and help. Make sure to use the free Canyons shuttle to get around. It will pick you up at the front door typically within 10 minutes and take you anywhere in the Canyons. So we never needed to rent a car. Great trip and will come again.

Beautiful home and great location

Great stay in Park City. Convenient location close to Canyons resort. We are local and needed extra space for family that came to town. Excellent property very clean and updated. Easy access to concerts at the Canyons or getting downtown.

Perfect Location......5 min from the slopes

Just a super comfortable condo, with 3 Master bedrooms plus a smaller additional bedroom with an attached bathroom. Clean and well organized. Perfect for a family or group. Highly recommended.

The house is in a great location that is a short drive to the cabriolet and has a convenient store right around the corner. The hot tub and pool were a very nice feature of the community. Location and price were right on target with what we were looking for. That said, we had a couple small issues. The FREE SKI RENTAL is for one rental (careful on the syntax there). There was no grill on the back patio, which also had trash and garbage left on it. The master bath sink was clogged with hair and wouldn't really drain. But we overlooked these things as the location and price were great.
