Perfect location in Park City-close to the mountain and Main Street

This unique home is located in a private picturesque canyon. The modern 4 bedroom 4 1/2 bath 4000 sq/ft historic home has recently been completely remodeled and sits on 3 acres of private land which has a creek-fed pond and backs up to a mountain canyon. It's not unusual to have moose, deer, elk and other beautiful wildlife in the yard. The stunning mountain views will take your breath away! The house is minutes away from the Park City Municipal Golf Course, PCMR, and only 5 min from historic Park City Main Street that has great shopping, tasty restaurants and fun nightlife. The house is perfect for a group or family looking for a unique rental on a secluded property. We do not allow smoking or after-hours partying. Renters must be respectful, both in attitude and hours, of the few neighbors that live in the canyon.

The main floor has a large family room, dining area, large gas fireplace. In addition, downstairs also has a quiet office, luxurious steam shower and second king suite with and full bath. There is a large expansive deck out the back that offers picturesque views! Upstairs houses the master suite with a king size bed, jetted tub, walk in closet and canyon views. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs - one Queen and one with two twins. They share the other upstairs bathroom. The house sleeps a MAX of 8 people.

The house is centrally located; five minute walk to the municipal golf course, an abundance of mountain bike/hiking trails out the back door, 3 min drive to Park City Mountain Resort where they have many summer activities, and only a 5 min drive to downtown Main Street.

*** With parking continuing to be a problem at both Deer Valley and Park City, this house is amazingly located on a bus route to DV or walking distance to Silver Star lift, part of PCMR. You''ll ski down the private road from the house and catch the bus at the bottom. Or walk on the road for 5 min to the Silver Star lift, where there is lift ticket purchasing options, a great restaurant and nice ski shop. It's the best way to ski and as close to ski-in-ski-out as you will get living in town.

We are locals and have plenty of connections in town and are happy to help make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible.

Ashley is such a sweetheart. She was very responsive and she assisted us so well when we were about to reach the place. And when we were there, voila! The place was such a beauty. It was a complete guesthouse with full amenities and lots of room. Everything was clean and there was a full kitchen set making it easy to cook. A lot of relevant information was written clearly in the House Rules.Washer/Dryer was available. TV works well. Living room is spacious and very comfortable with the fireplace intact. Honestly, this place ruins the standard for me. I don’t think other places think about the guests as much as they do. I wish I stayed longer…

The house had everything you could ask for in a ski resort getaway. The furniture and bedding was super comfortable. The location was great equi-distant from both the Canyons and Park City base. The free bus to the Park City base was a short walk which turned out to be a blessing as our car got snowed in one morning. My advice to anyone visiting Park City in the winter with a car is make sure you have 4-wheel drive. The roads do get slippery and you may gut stuck or worse. Finally, our host, Ashley was very accommodating- allowing us early access and responding instantly with any questions we had.

Was a super cute and historic home. Fireplace in living room was cozy and house overall spacious with multiple bedrooms/bathrooms for our needs. Close to both deer valley resort and Park City. Very quiet street, although the snow plowing can be a bit loud and early in the am but definitely want the plowing when it’s snowing!

Perfect Mountain Retreat in Park City

Our stay at this vacation home in Park City was absolutely perfect. The home was immaculate and beautifully furnished, providing a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to Park City Mountain Resort and close to downtown Park City, where we enjoyed fantastic dining and shopping. The amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and stunning mountain views. The host was incredibly responsive and ensured our stay was seamless from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better mountain getaway and can't wait to return!

Ski Trip

The house was an amazing place to come back to after a long day on the mountain. Plenty of rooms, showers, and the sauna was great. Also a large TV which came in handy for my dad who stayed home babysitting most days. Walkable to the silver star lift with your ski gear if you wanted to or the public bus picks you up at the end of the street. All around a great place to stay and we will be coming back in the future.

Family Ski Vacation

Great house with a large amount of property right in the middle of Park City. We thoroughly enjoyed the large kitchen and island, the cozy fireplace, and family room. The beds were comfortable and all the linens were nice as well. The home was fully equipped. It was very convenient to Uber to the Canyons and Park City Mt. Resort for skiing. The Ubers were readily available and inexpensive, less than 10 min. from door to door. The owners were very attentive when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again. Five Stars for sure!

What an amazing house!

We had a great time staying at this beautiful property. The owner was very informative and provided several recommendations for restaurants and activities for our family. The house was located in close proximity to everything in Park City and had amazing views of the mountains. The house was extremely clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. We loved it so much that we’ve already booked another stay in the spring. I would strongly recommend the property.

Great location and property!

I stayed here over spring break with my family we had a group of 8 people and this property provide more than enough space for us all. The kitchen was beautiful as well as the dining areas to seat everyone and play card games. The location was perfect for our ski trip being only a 5 min drive up. Just be careful if there is heavy snow because even with a 4 wheel drive it was difficult to drive up the driveway even when snow plowed. Would definitely recommend this place as well as stay here again!

Absolutely Amazing!

The family was looking for something new to do for Spring Break, so we decided to give skiing a try. Park City was a wonderful place to go for our first family ski trip, and this house was perfect in every way imaginable for our family of four. Beautifully decorated, spacious rooms, just a great place to land after a day on the slopes. The owners were so very helpful in pointing us in the right direction for everything to make this trip one of the best family vacations we have experienced. We can't recommend this property enough. Fantastic in every way.

Hidden Gem

I cannot say enough about this property and the property owners. I’ve never had more responsive property owners. This house was perfect for my family ski trip, everyone enjoyed something different about it (6,11,19, 22). The house was well stocked for cooking and bedding, we were in need of nothing. The proximity to the slopes was amazing, we do not regret not being in the city center. We will come here yearly if available.

Great house, awesome property!

Our large family had a blast in this wonderful rental. The house is spacious with plenty of bedrooms, a wonderful open-plan living area, and lots of amenities (the steam room was a nice touch after a long day of skiing). The property is expansive, with a large back yard. Our young children had so much fun exploring around the pond, the stream and a steep sledding hill (a neighbor saw us and invited the children to use their sleds). Ski access is available by walking/skiing down 800 feet to the bus stop. The bus runs every half hour during the ski season. The walk back and forth was no problem for adults, but was a bit much for our young kids so it was nice to have a car for shuttling them around. Ashley and Mark were quick to respond to any communications and very accommodating to our various requests. They even left some games and toys for our kids, which was a nice gesture. The office is very secluded in a wing of the house. The wifi connection tests very slow on speedtest.net but I was able to conduct multiple video calls without any problem. Overall it's a great house, and we would definitely stay here again!

Quiet and peaceful in the heart of Park City!

We stayed in this beautiful home for 10 days with 5 adults and 3 children. It was the perfect getaway for us! There was lots of room indoors and out. The kids had a great time playing in the big yard with the sandbox while the adults comfortably watched from the patio. We did lots of road biking straight from the property. It was about 3 blocks to connect to the trails that go all around the Park City area. The bus stop for the free bus into town is right at the end of the lane, the grocery store was about 1/2 mile away, lots of hiking nearby. Overall, we loved it! We will definitely be back.

Great stay!

This was a wonderful vacation house. Lots of space and amenities. Our kids particularly enjoyed playing ping pong in the downstairs game room. Bedding was super nice on all beds, rooms were spacious, and there are 5 bathrooms which was great. The property has beautiful views surrounding it, and the location is great for accessing Park City Mountain for skiing. The owners are super responsive by phone or text. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Rental Property

Thanks for having us Mark - we had a great time at your property - it met our needs perfectly. Great to return to a nice spacious place after a big day on the mountain. The living areas and bedrooms were great, superb kitchen, the extras such as the office and big garage were spot on. Excellent location 5 minutes from the lifts at Park City and a nice quiet neighbourhood. Thanks for your personal touch at check-in, we look forward to coming back next time we are in Park City!!!
