Ski house

Great stay. Wonderful house and well stocked and maintained with everything. The kids had a great time as well. Had a hiccup with the door lock and gaining access. Management company addressed it fairly quickly. Would book again.

Amazing ski week for 3 families

Lucky Star was perfect for our group of 3 families for our New Years ski trip. We had 5 adults and 7 kids (ages 7-12). Plenty of space for our group of 12. Kitchen was very well appointed for cooking dinners at home, plenty of board games for the kids, good sheets and towels, kids loved the hot tub. Check-in was extremely easy and the management company responded to any requests or questions within 5 minutes. Would definitely visit again. Best part was the location - true ski in/ski out!

Outstanding Property

This home is ideally located for a ski-in ski-out experience. It is nicely furnished and the kitchen is well stocked wit everything needed. Communication with the property manager was easy and efficient. One gets the sense they really care.

Beautiful stay in Deer Valley

We had a wonderful experience in this beautiful home. It was very well appointed, comfortable and had an incredible view. The most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed. My one disappointment is that I didn’t understand how far away it is from the store, ski rentals, or any stores. We did not rent a car because the snow was heavy; however the Uber drivers were great and easy to find to go into town. Definitely get skis, groceries, and lift tickets set up before you go. Overall, it was a beautiful place with breathtaking views.

wonderful stay a true ski in and ski out

We stayed here this past weekend with two families of four (total of 8 guests). The property is wonderful and we are planning on using it again. The elevator to the ski slopes is about 10 steps out the back door. you will enjoy your stay.

Wonderful home. Great Location!

We had a wonderful week in Deer Valley at this beautiful property. It was well located to either Park City or Deer Valley mountains. The ski in and out was wonderful and it was easy to figure out how to do it. You have to get on an elevator that is about 15 yards from the back door and ride up to the Last Chance run (blue). Ski in required no elevator. Kids were able to come and go and that was very nice. I have stayed in several VRBO properties but this one had the best stocked kitchen of any I have seen before. We were able to cook meals with ease and everything we needed was there. The wood fireplace was nice and the fact that they had stocked the house with wood for the week was huge. We only had to bring it in from the garage a load at a time. The views were gorgeous from every angle! My only criticism was that the house is advertised for sleeping 12 but really it was most comfortable for 10. The pull out couch in the downstairs game room was very uncomfortable (like most pull out couches) and I wouldn't say that this would have been good for 1 or 2 people. We put a big thick memory foam topper on ours at home and this really helped out. That might make a difference if they added something like that. Overall, a VERYpositive experience and would love to return to this wonderful home again in the future.

Wonderful ski in - ski out!

This home was beautifully appointed, very comfortable, conveniently located within steps of the elevator up to the ski run. Perfect for two families to share. Management (Michael) was so easy to work with. Plenty of ski equipment storage as you walk to / walk in from the elevator off of the Silver Dollar run. Easy to get home at end of the day: Success to Last Chance to Silver Dollar. Fun ski run down to the main lodge in the mornings via green/blue slopes (Silver Dollar to Last Chance to Success - can take other detours down like Little Kate or Rosebud.) Nice big pantry to store snacks and food supplies. Rooms were very private as Master on 3rd level, Jr. Master is on 2.5 level, and 2 other bedrooms on bottom level, along with gameroom. Perfect for kids area! Highly recommend and hope to be back again during ski season!

Kicking off 2019 in comfort

The house is very well appointed. Extremely easy ski out and ski in. We were 2 families traveling with children and we never felt crowded. The layout of the home is very spacious. Michael was very attentive from the beginning of our booking and thru out our stay. An especially nice touch was the ample amount of firewood in the garage. We would definitely recommend this home.

2 Lucky Star at Belle Arbor

Being a large family of 8, renting a house is always a better choice than a hotel. That being said, we tend to rent upscale homes for our vacations, i.e. Vail, Outer Banks, NC, Italy, etc. While the accommodations are always very nice, usually there is something that doesn't work. A broken hot tub, issue with the pool, theater room malfunction, etc. This was not the case at Lucky Star in Deer Valley. Everything worked perfectly. The house is well maintained, clean, perfectly planned and ready for an amazing family vacation. Ski in-ski out daily followed by a relaxing soak in the hot tub can't be beat. Michael LeClerc at SkyRun is a very professional and helpful concierge who looked after our smallest concerns (and there were only small concerns to deal with). And I really appreciated the house had all the little things that one would normally forget to bring (i.e. paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, etc.) This is indeed a five star property in a five star location at a five star resort. We look forward to our next stay at Lucky Star!

Great ski house and location.

House was well appointed and very comfortable. Handled a group of 6 adults and 2 kids with no issues for rooms and amenities. Only issues were a broken dishwasher which they fixed the first work day after reported. It's not exactly ski in ski out as you need to go to an elevator building to go up to the ski trail, but not bad. Ski equipment storage locker available at the elevator house which we used. The thermostat seemed to be controlled so couldn't quite warm up the house beyond 65 degrees, and fireplace in master bedroom didn't work, so was a bit chilly til you got moving around in the mornings. Hot tub was great and overlooks mountain scene. Overall a great place to stay.
