This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom silver-rated townhome offers 1,700 square feet of beautifully updated living space, just a half mile from the Park City Mountain Resort base and directly across from the Silver Star Lift.
Set within the Payday Condominiums community, Payday 189 enjoys direct access to the cross-country ski trail, scenic hiking and biking paths, and Park City's free year-round bus system—placing you in the heart of mountain adventure with unbeatable convenience.
Inside, expansive windows frame mountain views from the open-concept living and dining area, while a modern stone-surround gas fireplace anchors the cozy living room. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating. The unit comfortably sleeps up to eight guests across four private bedrooms: two bedrooms with queen beds and two additional bedrooms each with two twin beds—an especially flexible layout for two couples traveling with kids, multigenerational groups, or friends. Owner investments from the 2024 remodel include central air conditioning, new flooring throughout, updated living room furniture, and new flat-screen TVs.
Step outside to your private deck and unwind in your own outdoor hot tub—perfect for stargazing after a day on the slopes or a summer evening under the stars. Payday 189 also includes a private washer and dryer, complimentary year-round Wi-Fi, and a BBQ grill for warm-weather cookouts. Up to two parking passes per reservation are provided (parking pass required).
Payday 189 is a non-smoking property. The owner may consider one dog for monthly rentals of 30 nights or more during the spring, summer, and fall seasons - please contact our Guest Services office for potential approval and details.

Check-in is seamless with our "Direct to Condo" process. Simply complete your pre-arrival registration form to receive your personal entry code. Daily housekeeping is not included, but optional housekeeping services can be arranged with advance notice by contacting our Guest Services Team at least two weeks prior to arrival.
