THE SPACE
Providing a five-star vacation experience, Crestview Condominiums boasts peaceful surroundings, scenic views, modern amenities, and an incredibly convenient and accessible location. This condo will give you nearby access to everything you need while providing a quiet retreat from the noisy bustle of the slopes! Just walk across the street to access the outlet mall, free public transit to the ski resorts, Whole Foods or tons of other dining and shopping options! This complex recently completed a full exterior building renovation, so you can enjoy the comforts of upgraded windows and exterior doors as well as a stylish brand-new private patio.

Escape to comfort and style in this spacious two-bedroom retreat, offering all the comforts of home for a relaxing vacation experience. Unwind in the open-concept living area, complete with a cozy fireplace, a smart TV with cable, and ample seating for everyone to gather and relax. The dining area is bathed in natural light, featuring a four-person table plus additional counter seating in the adjacent kitchen. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts sleek stainless steel appliances and is stocked with everything you need for a convenient and enjoyable stay. Step outside to your private patio, where you can savor stunning mountain views while you sip your morning coffee. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are included, so you can pack light and leave room for all the great finds at the nearby Park City (Tanger) Outlets, just across the street!

The master bedroom offers a cozy queen-sized bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower for your comfort and convenience. The second bedroom is ideal for families or groups, featuring two comfortable twin-sized beds and easy access to a full bathroom just across the hall. Located on the building's first floor, this unit is easily accessible via a ground-floor elevator, ensuring a seamless stay. Whether you're here to relax or explore, this unit offers the perfect home base for your getaway.

Crestview is a secure building with available covered parking for guests just outside the building. Beautiful, scenic hiking and biking trails are located just steps away behind the Crestview complex. The complex also features a private club house, workout room, pool and hot tub. The convenient location provides excellent local amenities. You are minutes from The Canyons (9 mins), Park City Mountain Resort (13 mins), and Deer Valley (17 mins). Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton are all less than an hour away. Do not waste your money on ski-in ski-out and get stuck skiing the same resort. Local transit systems provide a variety of free transportation options to get you to the slopes or anywhere around town – you can even download their app and request free rides on demand! Take advantage of the free local shuttle service that picks up in front of the complex every 20 minutes or it’s just a 5 minute walk to catch the 101 bus which travels directly to the nearby slopes.

For convenient shopping, a 24-hour Wal-Mart as well as a Whole Foods Market are just around the corner. Just beyond that, Redstone and New Park Town Center provide ample dining as well as shopping options and a movie theater. Activities are available both winter and summer at the Utah Olympic Park, just over 2 miles away! Beautiful Main Street in downtown Park City is just a 15 minute drive and SLC international airport is just 30 minutes away.

• This condo does have central air conditioning.
• Your stay includes access to the clubhouse, fitness center, pool and hot tub.
• If you need extra sleeping space or are traveling with little ones, please ask about a pack n play, highchair, and/or inflatable air mattress – we are happy to provide these upon request (dependent upon availability).

GUEST ACCESS
Guest have access to the full condo and are provided with a key code for easy entry. Guests are offered free parking under cover just outside the building. Guests also receive access to the on-site amenities including the clubhouse, pool (seasonal), hot tub, and fitness center.

This property is absolutely beautiful. Furnishings appear to be all new and the units decor is stunning! Big Sony in living room. Huge walk-in shower in main bedroom, kitchen has everything you could possibly need. More than 5 star rating
