Canyons Village is just minutes from the front door, yet the neighborhood itself feels worlds away from the bustle — peaceful, residential, and genuinely restorative.

The primary bedroom occupies its own upper level, offering a king bed, a 70" Smart TV, and a beautifully appointed en suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and jacuzzi tub — an indulgent retreat after long days on the mountain or trail. The two additional bedrooms are located on the lower level, each with direct access to a shared full bathroom. The kitchen is appointed with Viking appliances, a five-burner gas stove, drip coffee maker, and everything needed to cook full meals from scratch. For outdoor cooking, a Weber gas grill connected directly to the home's gas line sits just steps away — no propane tanks to manage, no matter the season.
