    For monthly stays ONLY, we’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance before arriving at the home. Maximum of two dogs. Other restrictions may apply.

    EMS: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay.
    No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved.

    Moose Management is timely and helpful with communications regarding your trip. Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a key-less secure door code; no need to stop and pick up keys. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens. Your home will include an invitation to your Guest Portal, providing specific home details, local suggestions, Wi-Fi access and more.

    We want to ensure you have all the information you need for a fantastic stay! Some amenities are exclusive to your home, while others are part of the community or available in the Park City area. If you have any questions or need clarification, please don't hesitate to ask us!

While the property living room and kitchen areas were comfortable, I would not stay in this property again. The cleanliness was poor with remnants of a drink spilled on the wall and a dirty kitchen table. It appeared that just enough cleaning was done to get by but certainly not what was needed. Also, the description of the property could be corrected to advise the renters that there are many sets of steps in the property that could be difficult for some. This included all bedrooms but one at the top level. Not a rental we would recommend.

Winter fun

This large condo was perfect for our family of 7 (ages 4- 79). It was great that we could bring our dog also. Four large bedrooms/baths. The lay out enabled us all to have some private spaces, plus having a huge kitchen/dinning area. The fireplace and hot tub were wonderful after a day of skiing. It is a safe, quiet area with a dog park next day. The skiers especially loved the ease of hopping on shuttle to the slopes everyday. The washer/dryer a plus. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. This condo was in great repairs and very clean. We'll be back next year.
