Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned house in Montry for rent. It has a floor area of 133 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. With Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…

- A bedroom with a bunk bed (2 beds measuring 90x200)

For even greater comfort, the owners provide: a barbecue, a high chair, a washing machine, a cot, a plancha, an ironing board and an iron.

Outdoors:
- A 200 m² enclosed south-west-facing garden with a furnished terrace to enjoy the fine weather

- Nearest airport: Roissy Charles de Gaulle, 35 minutes’ drive away
