Glass doors lead through to the spacious living area. The living room has stylish furnishing, including a sofa with blue cushions, glass coffee table, armchairs in the window and a large television set into the bookcase which occupies the right hand wall. There is fauvist style artwork hanging on the back wall, between the two windows. On the left, is a beautiful Grand piano. There is also a mirror, side table, bureau with chair and various artworks on the wall.

The windows are large and can access the Juliette balconies around the flat.

There is a WC and basin, accessed in the hallway.

The bathroom has patterned black and white tiles, a large walk-in shower, 2 basins and mirrors, as well as a WC.
