The house does not have air conditioning. In case of a heat wave, fans are available.

I'll be there on your arrival to welcome you, hand you the key and give you all the information you need to get your stay off to a good start.

In order to gain access to the house quickly, in the best conditions and with complete peace of mind, you will need to return all the requested documents to me by email, and I invite you to consult the house rules and other information to check.

When you arrive at my detached house, a private parking space is available outside just in front of the main entrance. You have access to the entire house, inside and out, with the exception of the garage. I invite you to take a guided tour below. Follow me on this tour!

That's the promise of La Villa Omagny, a 100 m² house with private terrace and fully enclosed garden, sleeping up to 6 with maximum comfort in its 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 with WC, plus 1 separate WC on the ground floor.

Villa Omagny was born of the desire of 2 former hotel professionals to create a place "apart" to enjoy a new way of life, in this quiet and highly sought-after area of the "Hameau des étangs".

On the day, you'll arrive in a quiet residential area via wooded lanes that will take you straight to the front of this house with its white facade. If you have a car or motorbike, you'll have plenty of time to park in the outdoor parking space in front of the house. As soon as you arrive, you'll be surprised by the small, south-facing terrace... Push open the front door of La Villa Omagny and you'll be surprised by the bright, open-plan living space, decorated in a modern, colourful style with original paintings. Look a little further and you'll already want to make the most of the terrace and garden, accessible from this huge living area.

On the right, the fully-equipped open-plan kitchen awaits the most discerning gourmets. Induction hob, extractor fan, fan-assisted oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, ice maker, blender, juicer... not to mention all the cookware and crockery, including champagne flutes! Everything has been thought of so that you'll want for nothing.

The kitchen bar allows the chef behind the scenes to take full advantage of his guests and prepare a delicious meal to enjoy on the adjacent dining room table. With its clean lines and views over the garden, La Villa Omagny is sure to be the place to be!

The lounge area is not to be outdone, with its 2 soft grey sofas, coffee tables, small stools, Louis XVI medallion-style chair and flat-screen TV. There's plenty of space for movie evenings (French and international channels, access to your Netflix account...) or just lounging around reading books and magazines, or the abundant tourist information available... all with a view over the garden.

Set back is a small office area, ideal for setting up your computer and taking advantage of the unlimited wifi internet connection available throughout the house. Also on the ground floor, a WC with washbasin and mirror.

On the first floor of La Villa Omagny, there are 4 bedrooms with a gentle style and personalised decor. The choice of materials, the paintings on the walls, the harmony of colours, the quality of the furniture and bedding (French brand): attention to detail is the watchword.

There are 3 double bedrooms with hotel-quality 160 x 200 cm mattresses, 26 cm thick, for a particularly restful night's sleep. They all have individual bedside tables and lamps, a chest of drawers, a chair, an armchair and a mirror. One also has a flat-screen TV, a large wardrobe with sliding doors and, above all, a small south-facing terrace. The wooden floor gives the whole room a very cosy feel.

The 4th bedroom has two bunk beds and a pull-out bed, making it ideal for up to 3 children. Nursery equipment is available (high chair, cot, changing mat, baby bath), as well as toys that will appeal to the little ones. A large wardrobe is available for all your personal belongings.

A washing machine is at your disposal, as well as a drying rack, ironing board and iron. All household linen is provided (hand towels, Le Jacquart Français bathroom linen), organic body and hair shower gel, liquid hand soap. Beds are made on arrival. First-aid kit for minor injuries.

✔ Maximum capacity of 6 people, including 3 children including babies ;

✔ Meublé de Tourisme 3 stars: details of the calculation of the tourist tax due, included in the rental price: €5.20 per night and per adult (the following are exempt: persons under 18 years of age; holders of a seasonal employment contract employed in the municipality; persons benefiting from emergency accommodation or temporary rehousing; Persons occupying premises where the rent is less than an amount that the municipal council determines) ;

✔ The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility ;

✔ Please be aware that we do our utmost to preserve your safety by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (switches, door handles, furniture handles, remote controls, etc...) before your -arrival ;

✔ We can provide you with soap, alcohol-based preparations, tissues, cleaning wipes and disinfectants;

✔ Pets are not accepted;

✔ The house is non-smoking the use of candles and barbecues are strictly forbidden ;

✔ A copy of the identity document (identity card or passport) of each occupant over the age of 17 may be requested.

✔ For non-residents of France: a registration form will be sent to you, by email, and must be returned completed for each person who will occupy the house (1 form per adult, children under 15 may appear on the form of an accompanying adult).

✔ For residents in France, a certificate of holiday liability insurance is compulsory and must be sent by email before arrival;

✔ You will have access to the house only if you return, by email, all the documents requested with the house rules signed for acceptance;

✔ I will only give the key to the person who made the booking;
