Great place close to metros, food and easy to get anywhere

A great place to stay for our family of four. Quiet safe apartment that we used as a base to explore Paris. Walk to Notre Dam and the Louvre and into town city center easily. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need and plenty of supermarkets to choose from. Restaurants and bars everywhere in the area. Thoroughly recommend it and would stay again.

A perfect home base

We had a lovely stay! The location was perfect and even in a heat wave, the apartment stayed relatively cool. The kitchen was perfectly equipped. Our 9 year old twins loved the loft beds and our 11 year old found the pull out couch quite comfortable. Highly recommend. Merci beaucoup!

Our stay was perfect. Jeff was amazing, always communicating with us quickly whenever we asked for advice on the area, was amazingly accommodating and provided everything we needed. Great Location

It was a short walk to the Seine, to the Louvre and to a metro station. There were restaurents everywhere within a few minutes walk. There was a patisserie very close with great breads and pastries. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. There was enough Nespresso coffee to start several mornings off well. The internet was fast. The rooms were clean. We would be happy to stay there again.

Wonderful Stay in Paris!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Francois' apartment in St. Michel, Paris. The location was very convenient and next to all major sites including the metro. The apartment was quiet and well supplied. The beds were very comfortable too. We would definitely stay again!

A Perfect Paris Stay

Owner and/or property manager communication was clear, timely, useful, and cordial. We arrived to a meticulously clean apartment. Everything we could have possibly needed beyond our own shampoo, etc., was available to us in the apartment. There was a book we found (in the kitchen under the stove) with all sorts of useful information for the apartment and area. The apartment location was brilliant! We were close to everyting, and the Saint Michel mƩtro stop was literally one minute away. The entire time, we felt safe and so grateful this apartment was available. It's not the most chic of places, but it is authentic and cozy. All appliances are new and in excellent working order. The water pressure in the shower and sinks is primo! The thermostat is responsive. The king size bed, though quite firm, was rather comfortable, especially after 10 hours of being on our feet every day. Truly, we could not have asked for a better place. If I had a magic wand and could change anything about it, I would provide a floor length mirror or even a tabletop vanity mirror near a chair where one could easily do her makeup. I'm used to sitting at my vanity to do my makeup and skincare... some special morning me time. There just wasn't anything like that available to me in this apartment. I used the fireplace mantle as my vanity with its beautiful mirror and stood to get ready. 7 miles per day walking in Paris makes for tired feet, after all. No big deal, but if I could change anyt

Mother Son Trip

My son and I had a fantastic week! 11 Rue Suger is a charming little gem. We loved the old-world ambiance of the place, which made us feel as if we had been transported to a countryside chalet. However, we were right in the heart of Paris, just minutes away from shops, restaurants, and the Metro. We walked to most places and spent some evenings at home enjoying takeout. We truly enjoyed our stay at this place and would love to return someday.

Loved staying here. Everything you need and the decor was just lovely. Great communication and instruction by the host. Quiet, secure accommodation down a gorgeous cobbled street, but right in the heart of the action too. Kitchen and washing machine/dryer were a big plus. The loft was something a bit different for teenagers.

Amazing apartment in a magical city

We loved our time here. The apartment was clean and exactly as advertised. Having a washer/dryer was a huge benefit. The host was quick to respond with answers to questions and always friendly. The street is quite and safe with lots of cafes, shops and subway stops near by. We can't wait to come back

A nice apt. in a great part of Paris. I understand how busy we all can get, but if you are managing a business then make sure to manage the business properly. We stood outside trying to reach our contact for over an hour, no contact. Went to a local business to get out of the rain and called Vrbo. Told them we could not get into our apartment

Great location for vacationj with two teenage grandchildren. We cooked our dinners together. Walked to the Rodin museum. Took the metro to Montmartre. Elizabeth, the manager was readily available to help if needed. Slightly awkward to access bathroom through our bedroom. All four of us enjoyed our stay at the property very much.

Location! Location! Location! This apartment was located in a great area with access to various metro/bus/RER options. There were several places to grab food and drinks. The bathroom has a step up shower which could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues or older adults. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay and visit to Paris!

My Stay for the Olympics

Great communication with owner and responsiveness of onsite contact. As an example she came over to replace a broken coffee maker that day which was great. Best parts of the place was location in the heart of Latin quarter. Very close to Notre Dame and 2 metro stations. Quiet side street, and bustling neighborhood around with tons of brasseries. quaint courtyard with a lot of charm on first floor. My only caution is that like most places in Paris there is no air conditioning and just one fan. This is a challenge in hot summer months. Overall very happy.

A family stay for Olympics

We had a wonderful stay in Paris, for some of the Olympics. We were two adults and two teens, and the apartment served our needs very nicely. It was small and compact, some might say bijou! But had everything we needed. I would suggest the property manager has a look at the shower- it doesnā€™t drain very fast. And the bathroom fan doesnā€™t work, so it gets pretty steamy in there. But otherwise there were no faults. The neighbourhood was fantastic, with a choice of typical Parisian cafes to enjoy for breakfast and dinner etc. And we were a stones throw for all sorts of tourist locations like Notre Dame, Louvre, Conciergerie, and so on. And an easy trip on the nearby Metro for the Stade de France, where we saw some athletics. An amazing visit which we enjoyed very much! Thanks so much for having us!

Great Location, Great Host

First of all, the apartment was just the right size for my wife and I and our 2 girls. We even managed to share the bathroom without fighting! It isn't overly large but it was just fine for us. Kitchen has everything you need, beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The kids loved staying in the loft. The location is great, so close to the Notre Dame and the Louvre. Metro stations are also close by. Paris is an amazing city and we loved our time here. We stayed during the Olympics. Jean Francois was nice enough to tell us to look into the QR code needed to get around during the Olympic games. Without this it would have made getting around a lot harder and we had no idea about it. Communication was great, and the info sent for getting into the apt was very helpful. There is also a folder of useful information and suggested restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation, we will cherish these memories for the rest of our lives.
