The accommodation comprises
- A 16 m² living room with a mezzanine bed (sleeps 2), a double sofa bed, TV and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A shower room with shower, WC and washing machine

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, iron.

Outside:
- A 12 m² terrace facing east with a view over the garden and the rest of the residence, equipped with a 4-seater table to enjoy the fine weather.

The studio is ideally located in Bussy-Saint-Georges, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Centre Val d'Europe and La Vallée Village open-air shopping centre one stop away (12 minutes by car)
- Two stops from Disneyland Paris, 15 minutes by car
- Paris city centre 35 minutes away, 20 minutes by car

Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park on level -2. There are also free car parks around and at the foot of the residence, some with limited parking.

- Nearest train station: Bussy Saint Georges station at the foot of the residence, less than 50 m away, RER A line.
- Nearest airport: Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport 30 km away.
