In the bright living room, you will find a comfy sofa and a flat-screen TV as a dining table.

The Queen bed comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink.

Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized.

This elegant townhouse is located in the heart of Paris, just a short walk from the Parc Monceau, Martin Luther King Park, and Square des Batignolles. The Villiers metro station is just a few minutes walk away, making it easy to get around the city. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, including Les Fils à Maman Batignolles, Rimal Paris: L'Atelier, and Le Wagon Bleu.

You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
