"Unfortunately I had already booked an upcoming stay that I could not cancel. Noisy- mattress is junk- no air conditioning."

"This is my second time staying at this location. Very clean and quiet place to stay. I absolutely will come back."

"Super clean, responsive host, kitchen was well stocked. Really close to north beach!"

"We Loved the place. Fun for all ages"

"The host helped us when we arrived to check in and helped us to understand how the place worked, especially the pool. They were also available if we had questions. They were friendly. The place was very nice. It was clean, there was a large area for our family to meet in. All of the towels and the bedding were there available for us, and a washer and dryer. The kitchen was well supplied with griddles, pans, utensils, everything that we could have needed. They had two refrigerators, so that...

"This was our second time staying in this house and it was just as good as the first time! We come with our 5 married kids and all of our grandkids. There is plenty of room for everyone to have a place. The kids love the slide and rarely use the stairs! The view of the lake is so gorgeous. Everything we need in the kitchen is there so we don't have to bring as much for meal prep. The neighborhood is lovely for evening walks. The pool area is nice when a break from the lake is needed. "We stayed here on the last night of a week-long trip with our family of five. After growing tired of staying in hotels, we found renting a house to be a very relaxing experience. We were also weary of eating out, but thanks to a good supermarket nearby, we were able to buy groceries and enjoy meals at home."

"Fairly new property."

"Great!"

"This place was great! Fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, and clean bath towels :) The only complaint I have was that you could tell the floors hadn’t been mopped in a while. Other than that, it was very clean and nice. Comfortable and pleasant place to stay."

"This was a great property. It had everything you could ever need. It was clean and quiet. I almost got the high score on Galaga."

"Great location within a short drive to popular attractions such as marina, State Park, Go Carts and lots of restaurants. Grocery store is a very short walk. Lots of beds, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, family areas including a game room, and a 2 car garage. Great communication with host."

"This property is a great home base for a Bear Lake vacation! The bedrooms are comfortable and the bunkrooms worked perfectly for our grandkids. The big kitchen island along with the table provided dining seats for everyone. Downtown Garden city and the grocery store are very convenient. The hosts were great to work with and very helpful!!"

"Thought the cabin experience would be nice but it was as big as a shed. We froze overnight because there was no heat and got a bad night’s sleep. The accommodation was minimal. Shampoo and kitchen utensils were low end. The place is not new as it appears in the Expedia and vrbo listings. The heat never kicked on during the night. There were not enough blankets to keep us warm. We ended up sleeping fully clothed in our jackets to try to get some sleep. The grounds around the cabin are not...
