Villa 'Edith' with sea view, shared pool during summer season and air conditioning

Villa Edith is located in Parghelia and boasts a wonderful sea view. The 150 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Additional amenities include air conditioning and a washing machine. A baby cot is also available.



The villa was completely renovated and furnished in 2022, with modern appliances and furniture throughout. Breakfast is not included.



This holiday home offers a private outdoor area with an open terrace. Guests also have access to an outdoor space with a shower. The property is beachfront and, during the summer season (June–September), provides a sun umbrella and two loungers. The pool is shared and can be used only in the summer season. A parking space is available.



Small pets are allowed. Please inform us at the time of booking if you are bringing a pet, so we can best prepare for your stay. Smoking inside the house and parties are not permitted. Wi-Fi is available. The property follows guidelines to help guests separate waste correctly; further information is provided on site. The villa is also equipped with energy-saving lighting.



As with many properties near the sea, ants may occasionally be present, especially in the warmer months. We carry out regular pest control and recommend keeping food well sealed during your stay.
