- Balcony: pleasant balcony with garden furniture

- Kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle – everything you need to prepare your meals

- Living Room: 1 pull-out sofa bed (2x1 person 80x190) ️

- Room: comfortable double bed (1x2 pers 160x200) ️

- Bathroom: bathtub, towel rail, separate toilet

- Other equipment: duvets, blankets and pillows included

- Residence: shared laundry, sauna, jacuzzi, 2 swimming pools, gym ‍♀️

- Swimming pool: the indoor swimming pool is open from 5 April to 31 October and the outdoor swimming pool is open from 1 June to 30 September. ‍♂️

- Exterior and parking: private outdoor parking at the residence but not nominative (subject to availability)

At just 350 metres, the Parentis pond awaits you for walks or a cool break . Essential shops are located 150 m away – perfect for your last-minute shopping . And for food lovers, good news: the restaurant Le Chill is only 50 m from the residence ️, ideal for enjoying a meal without having to take the car.

On the gourmet side, don't miss Le Chill, our favourite spot just a stone's throw from the apartment, which offers friendly cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere.
And of course, the Landes are not short on charm: landscapes between forests and lakes , colourful local markets , regional specialities (duck breast, Landais pastis ) and festive events punctuate local life.
