Apartment "Holunder" in the apartment house "Schnitzer" is located in Rabland/Rablà near Partschins/Parcines in South Tyrol and boasts a wonderful mountain panorama. The 28m² apartment consists of a living area with a double bed and a dinner table, a well-equipped kitchen as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (on the sofa bed). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite television, while a baby bed is available on request.

From the apartment will have amazing views over the surrounding mountains, and you can relax in the communal garden, which is also part of the property.

Partschins/Parcines is 2km or a 4-minute drive from the property. Within 3-5 minutes on foot (200-500m), you will find supermarkets as well as cafés, restaurants and a bus stop. The train station is 13 minutes on foot or 1km away. In 20 minutes by car, you can reach the spa town of Meran/Merano and the Meran 2000 skiing area. Bolzano/Bozen is a 40-minute drive (40km) away.

Parking spaces are available on the property. A garage for motor bikes and mountain bikes is also available.

Tourist pass is available until 30.06.

Hiking sticks are available free of charge.

The price includes a Merano Card for free use of public transport in South Tyrol.

From June-August, the Partschins outdoor swimming pool can be visited free of charge.
