Executive Home with King Suite Room, Spa and Heated Pool near the Beach

Located a stone's throw from the beach and a short walk to one of NZ's best golf course's; our 400 square meter executive home is the perfect place for extended family groups or friends to gather.

The private deck area in the center courtyard flows out from the kitchen and lounge, and is surrounded by landscaped gardens with ambient lights and water feature operated by remote control. It is complete with eight seat Devon furniture, large umbrella, BBQ, outdoor heater and hammocks.
On the west end of the home, the securely fenced, heated pool area offers another table setting with large umbrella perfect for afternoon cocktails.

Upstairs is a large rumpus room with Pool Table/Table Tennis Table, Darts Board, Bar Leaner, couches, desk/chair and views of Kapiti Island. The more formal downstairs lounge has large flat screen smart TV with Netflix and Sky and a gas fire.

The designer kitchen is perfect for entertaining and boasts a scullery with second wine fridge, second dishwasher and second oven. You will find most of the essential items in the kitchen - just replace what you use. The house is open plan with four sets of sliding doors opening to deck/bbq area and another two sets open to the pool area.

The house has four bedrooms: Single Bed plus trundle in a single sunny bedroom upstairs that has sliding door to a deck and sea views. Note - this deck is NOT suitable for children.

The sunny Queen bedroom downstairs looks out onto the pool area, it has own wash basin/vanity and is adjacent to the main bathroom with a bath, toilet, vanity, and shower.

Another large bedroom contains two King Single beds and is also adjacent to main bathroom.

Super King Studio: The pool side super king bedroom is a self-contained flat complete with kitchenette, luxurious ensuite bathroom with Hot Springs Spa pool, and private deck area opening onto a solar-heated outdoor pool. It is accessible from the house, but also has separate access down the side of the house. (This is available all year for min two nights, but only when the entire house is not booked.)

Top quality bedding supplied with feather duvets and quality cotton sheets. Towels, table cloths, tea towels all supplied. Some beach/pool towels available - but if you could bring your own.
