"There was no laundry (stack unit) as described in the listing, when requesting assistance and compensation for the missing amenity was told to ‘go complain to Expedia’
Room was very clean, only provided one towel per person, WiFi code was changed daily and had to walk 4 flights of stairs to get new code each morning. Communication with front desk was difficult, air con worked good, no elevator for guest use available."

"Feedback has been noted and reported to owner about cleanliness, restroom, loud ac but working great, space in cabinet and other stuff. Hopefully it will be acted upon with the caretaker as the resort itself is nice and could use some renovation in the room. but I do appreciate how communicative the owner is and appreciative of the feedback. At the end of the day this is still a short term stay condotel"
