This well presented 3 bedroom villa is in a private cul de sac and is set in a fantastic location, just a few minutes’ walk from the heart of Protaras and its beautiful sandy beaches.





On the ground floor of the villa, you will find a large open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room area features a large comfortable leather corner sofa and widescreen TV with satellite. The dining area seats 6 persons and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances that you will require during your self-catering stay.


The ground floor also has a twin bedroom complete with shower and a separate WC.





Upstairs on the landing is a dressing area with large mirror and hairdryer. You will find the other 2 bedrooms on this floor, one twin and one double and the family bathroom with shower and tub.
