Protaras Holiday Villa Theodora 16 is a spacious 4 bedroom villa with a spacious garden and outside pool area. Inside there is a lounge with satellite television, dvd player and home cinema system. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would expect from a luxury villa. There is also a ground floor W.C. and a dining area for 8 people. On the first floor there is a balcony. Next to this there are three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom with two single beds. There is also a large family bathroom with a bathtub.

Protaras Holiday Villa Theodora 16 is located just a few minutes walk away from the end of the Protaras strip on a resort which was newly completed in the summer of 2011. The beach is less than 2 minutes walk away and the famous Fig Tree Bay Beach which was voted the third best beach in Europe by TripAdvisor in 2011 is only a few minutes walk away.

This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
