Protaras Holiday Villa Elise - This larger than normal 3 bedroom villa is ideally located just minutes away from the end of the famous "Strip" in Protaras. The beach is just a short stroll away as are the shops, bars and restaurants. There is a driveway for cars with a gate for extra security and privacy. The pool area is spacious with 6 sun loungers, a garden dining table, parasol and dining table with 6 chairs. There is also a barbeque if you do not fancy going out to eat. As you walk into the open plan lounge area, there is a large widescreen television, dvd player and satellite television next to an open fireplace. There is a breakfast bar and kitchen area with every utensil you would need. Downstairs there is also a guest W.C. Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms, the master bedroom has ensuite shower, another double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is also a small balcony with chairs and a table. The family bathroom room with a shower is also upstairs.

The villa is in a fantastic location literally less than a minutes walk to the beach. Protaras strip is also a few minutes walk so there is really no need for a hire car or a taxi.

This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
